| At present,China is experiencing the new wave of "double creation" of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation." As a "weapon" to promote national economic growth,improve people’s innovation ability and alleviate the severe employment pressure,it is naturally closely watched by all sectors of society.As a young backbone of the future development of the university,how to improve college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability through higher education is of great practical significance to the development of China as an "innovative country".Entrepreneurial intention is the best indicators to predict entrepreneurial behavior.It is obviously important to study what kind of entrepreneurship education can improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students.The main body of higher education is human,of course,entrepreneurial education should be "people-oriented",for students with different personality traits of personalized,professional and customized education,and effectively improve the entrepreneurial education of college students’participation and effectiveness,to realize the purpose of college entrepreneurial education.Therefore,the goal of this study is to analyze the mechanism of entrepreneurial traits,entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention as a potential entrepreneur on the basis of empirical research,and then explore the entrepreneurial education as a moderating variable,the influence of entrepreneurial traits on their entrepreneurial intention,with a view to providing theoretical reference for the development of entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities.Based on the review of relevant research results at home and abroad,this study makes a conceptual definition and dimension measurement of entrepreneurial traits,entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention,and then puts forward the research hypothesis.In this study,the undergraduate students of Nanjing University Jinling College were selected as the survey subjects.The data were collected by online questionnaire survey.Statistical analysis and deductive statistical analysis were carried out by using SPSS23.0 statistical software to test the hypothesis of this study step by step.The results of this study show that the need for achievement,internal locus of control,risk-taking propensity have positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention of the college students in the four aspects of the entrepreneurial traits,and the tolerance of ambiguity has no significant effect on the entrepreneurial intention of the college students;entrepreneurial education has positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention of the college students;compared with the college students who have not received the entrepreneurial education,the college students who have received the entrepreneurial education have more influence on the entrepreneurial intention in the three aspects of the need for achievement,internal locus of control,risk-taking propensity,the tolerance of ambiguity has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention.That is,entrepreneurial education has a moderating effect on the relationship between the need for achievement,internal locus of control,risk-taking propensity and the entrepreneurial intention of college students.The relationship between the tolerance of ambiguity and the entrepreneurial intention of college students is not a moderating role.According to the findings of this study,in this condition of entrepreneurial education in the college students with different entrepreneurial traits,to build its effective training mechanism between college students and the college,with the implementation of the distinction between the entrepreneurial education solutions,can cultivate comprehensive quality of college students’ employment.Specifically,in the concept of entrepreneurial education,return to the nature of education,to pay attention to the entrepreneurial traits;in entrepreneurial education methods,pay attention to differentiated education,to achieve the diversification of entrepreneurial traits;in entrepreneurial education practice,carry out activities to experience the entrepreneurial situation,to promote the development of entrepreneurial traits. |
