Path Analysis Of Female Social Organization Cultivation

In recent years,under the impetus of China’s group organization reform and social governance practices,women’s social organizations have become important participants in social public life.However,there are many female social organizations in the "sponsored" spontaneous grassroots organizations.When undertaking the government’s people’s livelihood services and carrying out practical activities,there will be problems such as inadequate services,insufficient specialization,and unsound management.At the same time,there are not many researches and practices on the cultivation model of women’s social organizations in various regions.The lack of professional support for the early growth of women’s social organizations will also lead to the disordered development of women’s social organizations and the slow improvement of organizational professional level.The current level of demand.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cultivation path of female social organizations in different regions and summarize the predicaments and shortcomings in the cultivation of female social organizations.It is necessary to optimize the female social organization cultivation mode and accelerate the professionalization and standardization of female social organizations.This study refers to the theoretical guidance of social organization training based on public governance theory,social capital theory,empowerment theory and other related theories,and explores specific operational approaches.This paper argues that promoting female social organizations to participate in social governance is also a way of participatory empowerment and increase of social capital.In the process of cultivating,female social organizations can enhance organizational power by learning professional project management methods and improving service personnel capabilities.In the interaction with each other,the establishment of a good cooperative relationship can be achieved,thereby increasing the social capital of the organization.This paper uses literature research method,interview method,participatory observation method and other research methods.Based on the current situation of women’s social organization development in Jianye District of Nanjing,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the female social organization cultivation mode under the leadership of the Women’s Federation,and analyzes the current Jianye District of Nanjing.The necessity and feasibility of building a platform for women’s social organizations.In this model,this paper selects the Nanjing X female social organization as an example for analysis.First,because the Nanjing X female social organization is jointly organized by the Jianye District Women’s Federation and the Nanjing T Social Work Organization,on the one hand,the Women’s Federation can be obtained.Resource support and a good mass base,on the other hand,can also obtain years of service experience and professional working methods of social work institutions.With the support of professional strength,Nanjing X Women’s Social Organization can not afford to join the Women’s Federation and serve as a task for nurturing women’s social organizations.Therefore,this paper selects the Nanjing X female social organization as an example to analyze the process,effectiveness and existing problems of the female social organization cultivation path in Jianye District.This study finds that under the authority of the government,it has strong resource support and strict supervision for the cultivation of a small number of female social organizations.Professional social work organizations can help women’s social organizations to strengthen capacity building and standardize project operations,and combine the advantages of both parties.To create a professional women’s social organization service center,to a certain extent,it can enhance the service capacity of women’s social organizations and promote the development of women’s social organizations in the direction of specialization and standardization.However,there are still problems in the current cultivation path,such as the government’s administrative influence,the imperfect cultivation process,and the insufficient development capacity of women’s social organizations.According to the difficulties encountered in the process of cultivating women’s social organizations,this paper believes that to improve the cultivation of women’s social organizations,we also need to work from three aspects:1.Advocate the government to decentralize and activate the vitality of the enterprise;2.Strengthen organizational management and improve the cultivation process;3.Improve the treatment of personnel and strengthen team building.
