Research On The Performance Of Asset-based Social Work In Industrial Parks

With the development of national high-tech and the acceleration of industrialization,local governments have set aside a region to build industrial parks by administrative means according to the inherent requirements of economic development.The cluster development of enterprises in the industrial park has attracted a large number of industrial population,including a large number of migrant workers.The industrial parks emphasizing economy and neglecting life lead to the weak social life function and insufficient public service facilities in the park,which are difficult to meet the needs of the spiritual life and community participation of the migrant workers.At present,most social work organizations provide services within the scope of traditional communities.As a special industrial community,the industrial park has few social work organizations stationed in it,and there are relatively few researches related to it,and even fewer researches on the social work performance in the industrial park.Therefore,this paper takes The Service Performance of Social Work in Industrial Parks as the core research issue,and takes the enterprise social work project carried out by Guangzhou BY Social Work Resource Center in Foshan S Industrial Park as a case to conduct in-depth research.Through interviews,participatory observation and literature research method,this paper makes in-depth analysis of the factors restricting performance from the perspective of asset-based community development theory,with a view to further improving the service quality of social work in industrial parks and promoting professional social work to carry out services in industrial parks.In general,this article can be divided into the following four parts:The first part is to put forward the questions.This part mainly expounds the functions and shortcomings of social work service in industrial parks,analyzes the research on the performance of social work service in industrial parks by domestic and foreign academic circles,and summarizes relevant concepts and theoretical perspectives.The second part is the research on service performance.This part analyzes the practice process and performance evaluation system of social work in industrial parks from the perspective of asset-based theory.On this basis,according to the third-party evaluation report,the service performance and problems of the social work in the industrial park were deeply studied.The third part is the reason analysis.This part explores the reasons that restrict the service performance of industrial parks from three aspects: human assets,phsical assets and social assets.The fourth part is a summary and suggestions.Through this study,we can find that the asset-based service model is conducive to the sustainable development of industrial parks.However,in the process of social work service,attention should be paid to the integration of three types of assets,namely human,phsical and social.The absence and dislocation,duplication and loss of industrial park assets are all prone to increase project costs and are not conducive to improving service performance.On this basis,this paper suggests that in order to improve the performance of social work services in industrial parks,the project design should be based on asset-based and stimulate the asset motivation of industrial park development.To promote the participation of all stakeholders in the industrial park and enhance the integration of assets;The setting of evaluation indicators should take into account the opinions of social work organizations and continuously improve the evaluation system.
