| The construction of "smart" industrial parks is the main direction of the transformation and upgrading of industrial parks.As one of the core elements of the construction and development of industrial parks,talents play a crucial role in the construction of "smart" industrial parks and the improvement of their core competitiveness.Talent aggregation can produce many economic effects.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the influence of high-quality talent aggregation level on the "smart" construction of industrial parks.Firstly,this paper constructs the evaluation framework of the influence of high-quality talent aggregation level on the "smart" construction of industrial parks through the analysis of the related theories of high-quality talent aggregation,smart parks and the influence of talent aggregation on the construction and development of industrial parks.Secondly,this paper takes Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive pilot zone as an example and uses DEA-Tobit two-stage analysis method to empirically analyze the influence of high-quality talent aggregation level of Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive pilot zone on its "smart" construction.The analysis results show that high-quality talent aggregation level of Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive pilot zone has a positive effect on its "smart" construction.Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the "smart" construction and development of Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive pilot zone,corresponding suggestions are put forward from four aspects: scientific formulation of human resources planning,improvement of high-quality talent introduction mechanism,innovation of high-quality talent training mode and optimization of high-quality talent environment and atmosphere. |
