A Study On The Spatial Pattern And Effect Of Employment Accessibility In Small Towns With Characteristics Of Guizhou

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the development of small towns has become an important part of the country’s new urbanization.The planning and construction of characteristic small towns has become a strategic measure to accelerate the construction of new urbanization and promote economic transformation and upgrading,and has provided unprecedented opportunities for the development of small towns.The construction of small towns with special characteristics in Guizhou has become the focus and support point for Guizhou to overcome poverty and build a well-off society in sync with the country.This article takes the rural revitalization as the background,and explores the accessibility of employment in small towns as the starting point.It focuses on the in-depth study of the development of characteristic small towns to drive the development of rural industries,and provides a certain scientific basis for the realization of high-quality development of characteristic small towns.The study selects Zhaoxing Town,a demonstration town of Guizhou characteristic small town,as a case study.Based on the ARCGIS platform,a network analysis data set of employment demand points,transportation road networks,and employment supply points is constructed.The OD cost matrix and neighbor analysis are used to calculate the commute time and determine the employment search.The value of the radius(d0).Gaussian based 2-step floating catchment area method was introduced,and agricultural and tourism employment accessibility measurement models were constructed respectively.Spatial interpolation method was used to generate spatial distribution maps of agricultural and tourism employment accessibility.Finally,based on the analysis of the spatial pattern of employment accessibility in the study area,the effects of employment accessibility on the economic,social,ecological,and cultural aspects of Zhaoxing Town were explored,and practical strategies for optimizing employment accessibility effects were proposed.The results show that:(1)Analyzing the three factors of employment accessibility in Zhaoxing Town,it is found that the employment demand population,transportation services,andemployment supply services all show polarization distribution characteristics.(2)Based on the employment accessibility measurement model,the results show that there is a large difference in agricultural employment accessibility,with a high value of 2.31 and a low value of only 0.01,showing a low spatial pattern in the east and high in the west;a high value of tourism employment accessibility The distribution of low and low values is extremely uneven,showing a spatial pattern of high in the south and low in the north.(3)The employment accessibility of most natural villages in agriculture and tourism in the town is low,and the unreasonable spatial distribution of employment resources leads to large spatial differences in employment accessibility,which has a negative impact on the economic,social,cultural and ecological development of Zhaoxing Town.Effect.Finally,the strategies of agricultural employment accessibility optimization and tourism employment accessibility optimization are proposed.
