| With the implementation of basic education reform measures,primary and secondary schools reduce the burden of schoolwork,reduce the time of students in school and the time of school leaving ahead of time,but the time of parents’ going to work and going to work can not be ahead of time,which leads to the difficulty of "3:30" for most families to pick up their children.In recent years,the arrangement of primary school students’ going,staying and receiving after school is a common problem of social concern.The "three thirty" problem is not only an educational problem,but also a social problem.In 2016,Hubei province put forward the guidance for the school to carry out after-school trusteeship service.Since the after-school trusteeship service has been carried out,it has been widely recognized by parents and widely concerned by the society.The after-school trusteeship service in Wuhan is still in the exploratory stage,and there are still some problems in the specific implementation process.This paper aims to summarize the problems in the after-school trusteeship service of primary school students in Wuhan,analyze the causes of the formation,and put forward feasible countermeasures from the perspective of pedagogy.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview to some primary schools in Wuhan,this paper has a deep understanding of the current situation of the after-school trusteeship service of primary school students in Wuhan,and a comparative analysis of relevant policies at home and abroad,as well as excellent experience and cases,combined with the discipline basis of management,to find out the problems and deep-seated reasons of the after-school trusteeship of primary school students in Wuhan,and then combine theory with practice From the perspective of integration,the paper puts forward solutions to the problems.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the research background,research purpose and significance,research situation at home and abroad,and the research methods and ideas around the research purpose.The second part is the survey of the current situation of the school trusteeship of primary school students in Wuhan.Through the design of survey methods and plans,carry out a more in-depth investigation and analysis,and summed up the current situation of after-school trusteeship of primary school students in Wuhan.The third part,the problems and causes of primary school trusteeship in Wuhan.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of after-school trusteeship of primary school students in Wuhan,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the after-school trusteeship service of primary school students in Wuhan and the reasons for its formation.The fourth part,the Countermeasures of the school trusteeship of primary school students in Wuhan.With the help of advanced trusteeship experience at home and abroad,according to the problems and reasons summarized in the research,combined with the policy basis and theoretical basis,this paper puts forward solutions from four aspects: salary,service positioning,service team and system construction. |
