In recent years,Duanzhou District has implemented the after-school trusteeship service in primary and secondary schools,and the number of students participating in the service has increased year by year.In the environment of uneven quality of after-school care service,how to create a satisfactory after-school care for parents and better deal with children's safety and education after school is a research direction worthy of efforts.After searching and browsing the literature related to the subject,studying the basic concepts,contents and countermeasures,and under the background of more than two years' implementation of primary school after-school trusteeship service in the District,the author hopes to achieve the following purposes through the research: first,to study and analyze the current situation,problems and causes of primary school after-school trusteeship service in Duanzhou District;The second is to put forward corresponding measures according to the actual problems,improve and improve the quality of primary school after-school trusteeship service in Duanzhou District,so as to make the school after-school trusteeship service of Duanzhou education do better,and bring greater happiness and satisfaction to parents and students.This paper selects three primary schools in Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing City as the research objects,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,through combing the literature,analyzing the existing policies,conducting questionnaire survey on parents and students,and interviewing some parents,teachers and school administrators,The purpose of this paper is to summarize the experience in the implementation of the school after-school trusteeship service for primary school students in Duanzhou District,understand the parents' understanding and satisfaction of the school after-school trusteeship service,understand the students' participation in the school after-school trusteeship service courses,understand the current situation of the school after-school trusteeship service,strive to find out the existing problems,and explore ways to improve the service,so as to improve the quality and level of service.The results show that:parents are more satisfied with the after-school trusteeship service in Duanzhou District.From the perspective of government,school and parents,the author finds that there are some problems in after-school trusteeship,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:the government lacks effective supervision and incentive,evaluation and assessment mechanism,and the funds are insufficient;The school management mechanism is not perfect,the awareness rate of the system is low,the curriculum is single,and the time arrangement is uniform;The participation of parents is low,and the power and responsibility of family committee are not clear.In view of the problems found,the author analyzes the causes and concludes that the government's regulations on after-school trusteeship service system are not perfect;Lack of top-level design in school management;The understanding of parents is not comprehensive,and the operation of family committee is not standardized.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the after-school trusteeship service,according to the feasibility principle,this paper puts forward some suggestions: first,improve the government trusteeship service system,provide financial support;Second,refine the school trusteeship management system and improve the service level;Third,enhance the level of home school cooperation and standardize the operation of the family Committee.At present,the school after-school trusteeship service in Duanzhou District is still in its infancy.While learning from the experience of after-school service at home and abroad,it is also necessary to combine with the reality of the local school to form a set of system with local characteristics,a professional team of teachers,and a group of parents who actively participate in the service,so as to improve and optimize the school after-school trusteeship service.
