Research On The Construction Of Vocational Training System For Landless Farmers Under The Background Of Urbanization

For the past few years,China has been in the accelerated period of rural labor transfer employment,the peak period of new labor force employment,and the prominent period of reemployment of the unemployed.The issue of landless farmers has also received widespread attention from the government and academia.The issue of landless farmers is a fundamental issue for the national economy and people’s livelihood,and is related to the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Vocational training for landless farmers is the first measure to solve the employment problem of landless farmers.Starting from the needs of landless farmers,constructing a vocational training system for landless farmers will pay more attention to satisfying the social and spiritual needs of people,and Comprehensive development and sustainable urban development.According to the actual survey data of landless farmers in Y Village,Nanchang County,the ADDIE model is used to construct the framework of vocational training system for landless farmers,from individual differences in training content requirements,cognition and demands of vocational training,selection and arrangement of vocational training courses,and vocational training.Presentation methods and value judgments of training quality describe the present situation of occupation training of landless peasants in Y Village,Nanchang County,and analyze the current high training willingness,low participation ratio,shortage of training resources,disjointed training content and practice,and unsatisfactory training methods.Problems such as training needs and unsatisfactory training effects are mainly caused by poor training information promotion channels,insufficient training funding,lack of service awareness of training institutions,training that emphasizes access to work and subsequent development,and a single training effect evaluation body.Based on the existing problems and main reasons,constructing a vocational training system for landless farmers from determining training goals,innovating training forms,integrating training resources,selecting training content,and diagnosing training effects.At the same time,it proposes training targets,training forms,training courses,Appropriate safeguard measures are implemented in training projects and training assessments to ensure that the vocational training system for landless farmers can be carried out smoothly.
