In the past few years,"science" in elementary schools has gradually begun to receive attention,and the teaching of science has also continued to develop.China’s elementary school "Science" is composed of four fields.It can be seen that the knowledge reserve and scientific quality of science teachers have higher requirements.STEM is a current education worthy of promotion.It involves science to understand the existing laws of natural learning;technology and engineering should solve problems based on knowledge;mathematics is the basic tool needed.Therefore,the integration of such educational ideas in the discipline can enrich the experience of time,improve the subjectivity of students,and is relatively consistent with the scientific teaching philosophy.This article will use the STEM concept to guide the teaching design of "Science" in elementary schools to see if it can provide some reference for teaching.The thesis is divided in five parts:The first part: Starting from the background of the "Science" curriculum in primary schools,the STEM education philosophy is in line with the requirements of curriculum reform,so as to determine the significance of our research,determine the research content and methods,and then check the domestic and international STEM education and primary school "Science" development of.The second part: analyze the STEM education concept,research STEM education based on the theory of situational cognition and discuss the teaching design.The third part: analyzes the type of STEM teaching mode and puts forward the design process of primary school science teaching based on STEM education concept.It mainly consists of four parts: teaching analysis,determining course goals,designing teaching activities,and teaching evaluation.The fourth part: According to the teaching design framework of the third part to design the teaching and implement the teaching,and finally collect data analysis data.STEM education is considered at the level of students.Such an education method also helps to cultivate their thinking,practical ability and knowledge reserve.Applying it to "science" in elementary schools can bring new discoveries to "science",which is also the greatest significance of this research.
