| Talent is the first resource,with the coming of information age,the role of human resources in economic and social development is more and more important,each country and area to develop human resources,improve the whole quality of human resources to improve their competitive strength,the regional government the actual work of introducing talents,and to improve the competitiveness of regional sustainable development has the vital significance,Chengdu,in order to promote the rapid development of society and economy,the government must work the talent in the first place.In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of talent introduction work of Chengdu government,fierce competition has been launched in all districts of Chengdu.As the core development area of Chengdu,the high-tech zone has been gradually weak in talent introduction in recent years,and problems in talent introduction need to be solved urgently.In view of this,in this study,on the basis of related literature at home and abroad,from the relevant concepts of talents and the talents introduction,the paper analyzes the current situation of Chengdu high-tech talents and the existing main problems,summarizes the basic effect of Chengdu high-tech zone talent introduction policy,it is concluded that insufficient amount of talent,lack of financial input and the necessary incentive mechanism,relevant policies and inadequate enforcement of problems affect the actual results of Chengdu high-tech zone government talent introduction work,at the same time,USES the questionnaire survey,mathematical analysis methods such as in-depth analysis of Chengdu high-tech zone talent introduction of performance,and through the elaboration of Chengdu high-tech zone talent introduction,Influence factors analysis of the current government of Chengdu high-tech zone talent introduction,and on the basis of the comprehensive overall satisfaction,it is concluded that the talent introduction of Chengdu high-tech zone,in this study focus on analysis of Chengdu high-tech zone on the basis of the main reasons for introducing talents,put forward the optimization of Chengdu high-tech zone government working talent introduction,the main countermeasures and measures to improve the talent introduction work smoothly,the government of Chengdu high-tech zone play an important role of human resources in regional economic development,promote the rapid development of social economy of Chengdu high-tech zone. |
