Abstract/Summary:
At the end of 2020,China achieved a comprehensive victory in poverty eradication,and Linxian County,located in the middle reaches of the Yellow River on the west side of Luliang Mountain in the Loess Plateau of Jinxi,has gained substantial progress in all aspects with the support of policies,but still belongs to the weak areas within Shanxi Province,which is overall backward and needs constant attention to continuously help poor households to get through the special stage and prevent returning to poverty.This dissertation takes the current situation of sports resources supply and the influencing factors that restrict the supply in primary schools in Linxian County as the research object,selects teachers and students from 10 schools out of 22 primary schools in Linxian County as the investigation objects,uses literature method,questionnaire method,factor analysis method,etc.,investigates from school sports human resources,tangible resources,intangible resources,extracurricular sports activities,sports training as the entry point,and investigates the influence of The factors of school sports resources supply are analyzed in depth and help strategies are proposed,aiming to improve the current situation of unbalanced development of school sports in urban and rural areas and to create a good supply and demand environment for rural secondary school students’ physical education.The findings of the current situation of the supply of sports resources in primary schools in Linxian County are as follows.(1)School physical education human resources: the number of physical education teachers is sufficient,but there is an uneven distribution of numbers,brain drain and misplaced use;the educational structure of physical education teachers has improved,with more than 70% of undergraduates and above;the age of teachers is younger;but the situation of physical education teachers’ continuing education needs to be improved.(2)Tangible resources for school sports: school sports funding mainly comes from higher-level allocations and internal absorption,and there is the phenomenon of diversion of funds for other purposes when the funds cannot meet school sports expenditures;sports field texture has improved,one school one;sports equipment is not adequately equipped,and students cannot borrow freely after school hours;sports curriculum resources are relatively lagging behind,and students have difficulty in accessing new sports programs.The curriculum content development is not active;the rate of physical education classes in individual schools cannot reach the standard;physical education materials are idle and wasted.(3)Extra-curricular sports activities in schools: extra-curricular sports time is guaranteed,but some schools use the extra-curricular time for other purposes;the activities are in a single way,and the program settings are biased towards males;schools hold athletic meets and sports competitions,and students have space to show themselves.(4)School sports training: very few schools have sports teams,which are poorly developed and not valued by schools.(5)Intangible resources of school sports: physical education teachers are full of spirit,and the atmosphere of physical education classes is relatively positive;sports slogans are posted on campuses,sports wall posters are displayed,and regular sports broadcasts are publicized.Eight factors affect the supply of school sports resources in Linxian: the current situation of families,the level of teacher strength,the basic situation of teachers,the importance of schools,external conditions,school sports management model due to,sports programs themselves,program funding.Among them,teacher strength,school sports management model,school’s emphasis on sports,program funding,and family status ranked in the top five,and they have a very significant impact on the supply of school sports resources.Suggestions: strengthen sports publicity and change parents’ concept;deploy resources scientifically and reasonably and give full play to teachers’ strength;improve the system and standardize the form of school sports management;broaden funding sources and increase the importance of schools.
