| Replacement teaching practice is the special mark of normal university students,and also the most critical practical link in the transformation from students to teachers.The quality of its effect directly affects the education quality of future teachers.Music education major practice is more important.First,from the aspect of physiology,the children are preschool children.The children in this period are in the pre-operational stage and have strong plasticity.Second,from the perspective of psychology,children in this period have strong self-confidence and conceit.Children education is the budding stage of life and the golden key to the splendid door of life.All improper guidance in childhood will affect their whole life.However,due to a variety of reasons,the practice can’t go smoothly.The internship process is just a formal,which leads to poor internship effect and fails to lay a foundation for the subsequent children education work.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to set up courses scientifically and how to carry out internship planning reasonably to make the music education major practice more advanced,scientific and professional,so as to promote the healthy and comprehensive development of children’s music education.The research found that with the improvement of living standard and the gradual change of people’s concept,more and more people began to pay attention to preschool education of music,which is the starting point of life education.In this environment,the demand for preschool teachers in the social aspect has surged,leading to the expansion of preschool education majors in universities and colleges.Meanwhile,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of music teachers.The lack of professional knowledge,professional skills and practical ability of music teachers will certainly affect the improvement of education quality.Therefore,from this starting point,it is particularly important to explore how to guarantee the teaching quality of education in the process of cultivating music teachers,and how to combine theory with practice so that children can play their maximum value after graduation.This paper takes the cultivation of the practical ability of music teachers as an opportunity and takes the current situation of replacement teaching practice,which is closely related to kindergarten,as the entry point to study the causes and countermeasures of the current situation in city C.This paper adopts literature research method,open questionnairesurvey method,interview method and case analysis method.Teachers in normal universities,students in practice and teachers in kindergartens are selected as survey objects to conduct investigation and research on how to set professional courses more reasonably,what qualities should qualified kindergarten teachers have,and how to better connect with the society.Based on the analysis of the investigation results,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which can be used as reference for the improvement of music teachers major comprehensive practice ability. |
