Research On The Weaknesses And Countermeasures Of Individual Functions Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Students’

The functions of ideological and political education including social functions and individual functions,are the basis of its existence and development.The realization of the individual functions plays an important role in the development of college students.This paper attempts to strengthen the individual functions from the perspective of external impetus,internal drive and the combined force of the platform.The thesis is organized around the following three parts:The first part introducing the definition and connotation.Next analyzing the theoretical and practical basis and discussing the essence of realization of individual functions and the three stages of internalization,externalization and feedback adjustment in the realization processes,and analyzing the necessities and value of individual functions.The second part discusses the performance and its reasons of weaknesses from the perspective of education idea,the external and internal conditions,the implementation platform environment,explains in the new era to respect and meet the college students’ individual ability of survival and development needs,development needs and spirit to enjoy.The third part analyzes the countermeasures to strengthen the individual functions from the three aspects of integrating external impetus,internal impetus and platform.
