| Entrepreneurship is an important driving force of the national economy, which can provide power for the economy and promote economic development.Since Premier Li Keqiang’s call for "public entrepreneurship and innovation" in 2014,many entrepreneurial encouragement policies have been issued from the central to local governments, and the entrepreneurial environment has been continuously optimized, which has greatly enhanced the public’s entrepreneurial enthusiasm. However, under the active entrepreneurial atmosphere,it is difficult to hide the embarrassment of the high failure rate.As one of the countries with the most active entrepreneurial activity in the world,a new company is born every 8 minutes in China, but few can survive, and the entrepreneurial failure rate is as high as 80%.As an important engine for innovative entrepreneurship, colleges and universities have many typical success stories, which play an important role in promoting social and economic development. However, many college entrepreneurs lack experience and the necessary social resources, and are often more likely to fail than social entrepreneurs.Their entrepreneurial success rate is less than 3%.Such a high entrepreneurial failure rate discourages many people who are willing to start a business. The high entrepreneurial failure rate has suppressed college students ’entrepreneurial desire to a certain extent, which is not conducive to the birth of new industries and rapid economic development.A good entrepreneurial ecosystem can greatly improve the success rate of entrepreneurship,so a set of applicative evaluation index system is urgently needed to measure the health status of college entrepreneurial ecosystem. To this end, this paper systematically sorted out the entrepreneurial ecosystem theory, ecosystem health theory and related ecosystem evaluation literature, combined with the domestic and foreign college entrepreneurial ecosystem practice status, put forward the concept of college entrepreneurial ecosystem, and on this basis is given The connotation of the health of university entrepreneurship ecosystem. On the basis of the V,O,R three-point method, consult relevant experts, and put forward an exploratory evaluation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem health of colleges and universities from the four dimensions of entrepreneurial community health, system environmental health, system resource acquisition and overall system function The index system, combined with the expert scoring method and the analytic hierarchy process, determines the index weights at all levels. It is used to measure the health status of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of colleges and universities, identify the shortcomings, and optimize and improve them in a targeted manner. Finally,an empirical analysis is carried out by taking 12 typical universities of innovation and entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province as a case to investigate the running status of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of these 12 universities and analyze their shortcomings in development. The evaluation results show that the scores of the first-level indicators of 12 typical universities in Jiangsu Province are all above 0.6,and the overall level is good, but there are also some problems.According to the comprehensive scores and cluster analysis results, the 12 double innovation colleges were divided into three groups according to their health levels. Finally, based on the results of the case analysis, this paper proposes the optimization of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of colleges and universities from three dimensions: enhancing the health of the entrepreneurial community, optimizing the internal and external environment of the system, and ensuring access to system resources. |
