In order to conform to the development trend of the times and cultivate high-quality talents,the outstanding highlight of the revision of curriculum standard of ideological and political class in senior high school is to create active ideological and political class,which requires the implementation of active ideological and political teaching with the objective of cultivating the core literacy of discipline.The activity-oriented ideological and political teaching takes the cultivation of core literacy of discipline as the essential pursuit,which is based on the student standard,promotes the integration of knowledge and practice,pays attention to the activity process and points to the literacy objective,and can effectively achieve objective of core literacy of discipline to promote the students’ overall development.Based on Marxism’s all-round development theory and construction learning theory,this paper analyzes the shackles of active ideological and political teaching from the perspective of core literacy and puts forward optimization strategies through questionnaires and interviews.In this process,it is found that because the course resources needed to carry out the active ideological and political teaching are not complete,the teachers’ understanding of the active ideological and political teaching is not comprehensive,the students’ inadaptability to the implementation of the active ideological and political teaching and the index system of the evaluation of the active ideological and political teaching are not clear,the current implementation of activity-based teaching is unsatisfactory.Based on these,the key points to promote the effective implementation of active ideological and political teaching from the perspective of core literacy should be: increasing course resources development to serve active ideological and political class,enhancing teachers’ theoretical literacy to correctly understand active ideological and political class,strengthening students’ psychological cognition to adapt to active ideological and political class,optimizing teaching evaluation system to promote active ideological and political class comprehensively.
