| The modern normal education in China originated from Nanyang public school normal college founded in 1897.As a part of modern normal education in China,Yunnan modern secondary normal education started later.The establishment of 18 normal institutions in 1906 marked the emergence of modern secondary normal education in Yunnan.By the Republic of China,Yunnan secondary normal education had further development,but soon,warlords scuffled,education funds were misappropriated,and Yunnan secondary normal education fell into a low tide.After Long Yun took charge of Yunnan,he stabilized the political situation,developed the economy,implemented the independence of education funds,and rectified Yunnan education.Yunnan secondary normal education came out of the low tide and ushered in an unprecedented and tortuous development and reform process.This article takes the secondary normal education in Yunnan Province during the period of Long Yun government(1929-1945)as the research object,explores its development background,development process,changes of relevant systems,analyzes its development results,summarizes its experience and lessons,in order to benefit the development of Yunnan Normal cause.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the reason,research significance,research status,research methods and so on.The second part analyzes the political,economic and educational basis of the development of Yunnan secondary normal education during the period of Long Yun government.The third part is an overview of the tortuous development of Yunnan secondary normal education during the period of Long Yun government.The fourth part analyzes the organizational structure,funds,staff groups and student groups management changes of Yunnan secondary normal education during the period of Long Yun government.The fifth part discusses the reform of the learning system and curriculum system of Yunnan secondary normal education during the period of Long Yun government.The sixth part summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of Yunnan secondary normal education in the period of Long Yun’s administration.The seventh part is the conclusion,which discusses the Enlightenment of Yunnan secondary normal education to the present.Under the background of stable political environment,rapid recovery and development of economic environment and a large number of primary education teachers’ needs,Yunnan secondary normal education has achieved unprecedented development during the period of Long Yun government(1929-1945),training a batch of teachers and professional talents for Yunnan.At this time,the development of Yunnan secondary normal education is not only reflected in the size of the school,the number of students,but also in the relevant education system and management system.Although limited by the development limitations of the times,the overall level of economic development is low and unbalanced,and the foundation of education is weak,there are many deficiencies in the development of Yunnan secondary normal education during the period of Long Yun government,but the analysis of these deficiencies and the exploration of their causes can also provide experience for the development of Yunnan normal education today. |
