| Education is an important part of education system in China and plays an important role in the reserve and cultivation of national professional and technical talents.In the current severe employment situation,it is necessary to stay abreast of vocational students’ employment intention,the hope is that this topic research,analysis the existing problems in the higher vocational students on the employment intention and its influence factors,combining with the investigation into the employment intention of L college teachers and students,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen higher vocational employment and measures.In this paper,based on empirical research,on the basis of literature study,questionnaire and interview methods such as,for L,500 college students were investigated.Focus from expected professional matching degree and pay the disparity between the sexes,expected employment,expectations of employment only female differences,expect employment organization type of regional employment and so on four aspects has carried on the questionnaire and interviews.By comparing the social environmental factors,school factors,family factors,vocational school students main body the influence of such factors as combining the results of the survey to do the further discussion.Basic situation investigation mainly includes gender,professional,only children,family,home,etc.Samples from the basic information of the gender perspective,respondents in slightly more than women,male graduates are more conform to the northwest overall proportion of male and female graduates in higher vocational colleges.From the only children,as the only children just over one 5 of the total graduates,from the place where the students family,though higher vocational colleges is the capital city,but the proportion of students from lanzhou local accounts for more than the minimum.It can be seen from the survey that the employment intention of vocational school graduates in Northwest China is mainly affected by social environment factors,school factors,family factors and the main factors of vocational school students,mainly including the implementation of local government policies,regionaldifferences,the comprehensive strength of the school and the scientific establishment of Majors,the follow-up of vocational school employment guidance,practical training and school enterprise cooperation Training mode,family will and other factors.Many students still have the traditional employment concept of "iron rice bowl".Overall,although the status of higher vocational students on their own in the work force and horizontal has a basic judgment,but still more optimistic when choosing a career,even more blind.Meanwhile,for higher vocational students,face a tight job market environment,too much crave professing and brings new problems and is due to the psychological expectations and the reality gap is too big,cause employment anxiety,even waiting for unemployment and other social problems.Finally,from the government and society,school and students’ level to improve the students’ employment intention,improve the quality of higher vocational college students employment and so put forward the countermeasure proposal,to vocational education workers and education management departments to provide theoretical and practical reference. |
