Study On The Effect,Dilemma And Countermeasures Of College Counselors’ Team Construction In The New Era

College counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students,and play an irreplaceable important role in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.How to better implement the fundamental task of building up people by virtue is the fundamental requirement of higher education for college counselors in the new era.Since entering the new era,the party and the state have issued many policies and documents on the construction of college counselors,and have taken a series of important measures to promote the construction of counselors to make great progress.However,they also face many difficulties and puzzles,and there is still a big gap from the requirements of specialization and professionalization.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to further deepen and expand the theoretical research on the construction of college counselors,to respond to and solve the difficult problems in the construction of college counselors,and to fully implement the fundamental task of building students by virtue.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.On the basis of exploring the deep-seated problems and attributions of counselors’ construction from the three dimensions of professional environment,professional status and professional ideal,this paper putsforward four aspects,such as cultivating lofty professional ideal,strengthening professional ability building,expanding career development space and perfecting the mechanism of college counselors’ construction,and strengthening the vitality of college counselors’ team.To promote the specialization and professionalization of college counselors’ team and provide useful reference.In the research,we always adhere to the principle of integrating theory with practice,and adopt literature research method,investigation research method,experience summary method,comprehensive analysis method to carry out comprehensive research.The deficiency is that the academic nature of the thesis needs to be improved.
