With the integration of artificial intelligence(AI)into production and daily life,production and manufacturing is gradually turning to "intelligence",and the demand of the market for workers is also paying more attention to "know technology".Relying on the digital technology of artificial intelligence to become the stabilizer of employment,employment to intelligent digital transformation,and artificial intelligence as a new production tool has become the standard of intelligent economy and digital employment.The application of artificial intelligence technology has brought extremely high efficiency to individual enterprises and even the whole industry,but the ultimate goal of improving efficiency is to compete for the dominant position in the market competition or to cause more complicated employment problems,that’s for us to discuss.In this paper,the relevant literature at home and abroad to extract the academic impact of technological progress on employment-related ideas.At present,most scholars’ research on artificial intelligence and employment is based on the empirical analysis method of Neoclassical Economics.The mathematical method is helpful to clarify the relationship between causal variables,but at the same time,it is too simple and incomplete to make a single conclusion that employment can be increased or decreased intelligently.Employment has always been a social and historical issue,and any technological revolution will lead to changes in productivity and Relations of production.So the question of artificial intelligence and employment goes back to the nature of productivity and Relations of production.From the perspective of Marxism’s political economy,combining historical materialism with dialectical analysis,this paper discusses the changes in the nature of labor when artificial intelligence enables production,and combining the current situation of China’s employment market and economic development,in order to get the correct theoretical judgment and reasonable frame of the influence of artificial intelligence on employment.At the same time,it also provides a new angle of view for studying the employment problem under the social security field,and expands the scope of the subject research.At the same time,according to the technology-economy paradigm,this paper also sorts out the research framework of artificial intelligence on employment,from the three dimensions of productivity-mode of productionRelations of production,to explore when key technologies change,how the Relations of production will react.Through the research,we found that artificial intelligence will have the creation effect,the destruction effect and the reshaping effect to the employment.Artificial intelligence is different from the previous technological progress,artificial intelligence will bring new production tools,more flexible and diverse employment,employment structure will change.So the purpose of AI is not to replace humans,but to extend human labor and improve human labor.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on the employment and unemployment of the workers under the influence of artificial intelligence from the perspective of social security fairness and Marxism’ s capital employment,it provides reference for the labor market and social security system to adapt to the artificial intelligence technology progress.
