With the advancement of China's construction of a modern education power,informationbased teaching has become the main way to accelerate the development.However,Internet plus occupation education has become a new hot spot in secondary vocational education.At the same time,the new teaching mode with blended learning mode as the carrier caters to the requirements of education in the new era and becomes the main means for secondary vocational colleges to carry out information teaching.In order to understand the satisfaction of secondary vocational students for the course under this mode and effectively improve the teaching quality,this paper explores the application of blended learning mode in secondary vocational course of Guide Practice from the perspective of secondary vocational students' satisfaction.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of students' satisfaction in such model and provides an empirical basis for the follow-up research.Based on the satisfaction index model of the United States and China considering the rationality and feasibility of the application of the model and combined with references and interviews with secondary vocational students,this paper constructs the initial model of student satisfaction of the course of guide practice in secondary vocational schools under the blended learning mode,designs the questionnaire of influencing factors of secondary vocational students' satisfaction as well as puts forward the corresponding research hypotheses.At the same time,taking 332 students from three secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province who participated in the course of Guide Practice under the blended learning mode as the research object,using measurement tools of SPSS25.0 and AMOS21.0,through the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire,model test and model correction,the final model is determined so as to analyze the influencing factors about secondary vocational students' satisfaction with the course of Guide Practice under the blended learning model.The results show that:(1)After calculating the average value of the effective data obtained by issuing the questionnaire,it is found that the satisfaction of secondary vocational students for each dimension of the course learning of Guide practice under the blended learning mode is more than 3 points,reaching or close to a relatively satisfactory level,indicating that the course of Guide practice under the blended learning mode has basically reached the level of secondary vocational students' demands and expectations.(2)From the final model,secondary vocational students' satisfaction with the course of tour guide practice under the blended learning mode is affected by teachers' professionalism,students' expectations,perceived value and perceived quality.These four variables belong to the cause variables,while the result variables of students' satisfaction are students' loyalty and complaints.Among them,teachers' professional quality,students' expectation,perceived value and perceived quality will directly or indirectly affect students' satisfaction through intermediate variables.(3)From the perspective of the difference of students' satisfaction,the students' satisfaction with the course of Guide Practice in the mixed learning mode is different in gender,and the result is that the students' satisfaction of boys is higher than that of girls.In terms of grade difference,the satisfaction of senior high school students is higher than that of grade one and grade two.(4)According to the results of the investigation and empirical analysis,in order to improve the students' satisfaction with the mixed learning mode of Guide Practice,this paper puts forward the following targeted measures.In the dimension of teachers,we should improve the teaching ability of teachers,enhance the enthusiasm of students' learning,change the teaching style of teachers and create a good learning atmosphere.In the dimension of students,we should pay attention to students' learning expectations,cultivate their learning motivation,pay attention to the influence of individual variables and promote students' learning.In the dimension of curriculum,we should simplify the way of curriculum assessment,establish the mechanism of teaching and learning incentive,pay attention to the construction of curriculum resources and enhance the quality of students' perception.In the dimension of platform,we should optimize the design of platform interface,provide high-quality learning environment,enrich the way of resource presentation,and strengthen the personalized service of the platform.This paper studies the current situation of the course of Guide Practice and the influencing factors of students' satisfaction in the mixed learning mode from the perspective of secondary vocational students,and it also explores the effective strategies to improve students' satisfaction.The purpose of this paper is to improve the learning effect and teaching quality so as to provide references for the study of the curriculum in the mixed learning mode of vocational colleges. |
