| “To revitalize the nation,rural areas must be rejuvenated.” Rural Revit alization is the inevitable requirement of socialist modernization.Rural edu cation revitalization is an important part of Rural Revitalization.Rural tea chers are the important human resources of rural education revitalization.Ru ral teachers play an important role in promoting the development of rural con struction and ensuring the effectiveness of rural construction.In April 2021,the 28 th session of Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People’s C ongress of the People’s Republic of China adopted the “Law of the People’s R epublic of China on Promotion of Revitalization of Rural Areas”,which stated:“People’s governments at all levels should strengthen the overall planning of rural education,guarantee and improve the treatment of rural teachers,an d improve the educational level,overall quality of rural teachers and the mo dernization level of rural education.” Therefore,it is necessary to strength en the construction of rural teacher team and pay attention to the internal a nd external needs of rural teachers’ self-development.At present,the development of urban and rural education is characterized by duality,and the loss of rural teachers has exacerbated the imbalance bet ween urban and rural education.The problem of hard to retaining rural teache rs affects the stable construction of the rural teacher team,hinders the dev elopment of rural schools,and stagnates the development of rural education.How to retain rural teachers has become the primary issue in promoting the st ability of the rural teacher team and developing rural education.This study focuses on the loss of rural teachers in Guangxi,takes the social exchange t heory as the analytical framework,investigates and explains the current situ ation and influencing factors of the loss of rural teachers in Guangxi,and p uts forward countermeasures,so as to enrich the research content of the cons truction of rural teacher team,and try to provide some theoretical basis and intellectual support for solving the problem of the loss of rural teachers.Through investigation and research,it is found that the problem of the l oss of rural teachers in Guangxi still exists.Young teachers,highly educated teachers and migratory teachers have strong resignation intention and a re difficult to stay on.To a certain extent,the evaluation of professional title and salary affect the resignation intention of rural teachers,and the resignation intention of on-the-job rural teachers is strong.Based on the th eory of social exchange,combined with the "Opinions on strengthening the con struction of rural teachers in the new era"(teacher [2020] No.5)published by the Ministry of education and other six departments,this study explores t he influencing factors of the loss of rural teachers in Guangxi from five asp ects: salary,social esteem,social approval,social service and educational feelings.The first is the external driving factors such as salary and social services.The actual treatment of rural teachers is still relatively low,an d the protection of their welfare needs to be strengthened.Secondly,there a re internal driving factors such as social esteem and social approval.Rural teachers do not get the corresponding respect and recognition,and some rural teachers lack of rural education feelings.This research attempts to explore the social exchange behavior of rural teachers in the rural education enviro nment from the perspective of social exchange theory,clarify the exchange pr ocess,and propose countermeasures to slow down the loss of rural teachers: n ot only to consolidate the foundation of rural teachers’ social exchange,but also to enhance the attraction of social exchange,and establish the trust m echanism of social exchange. |
