| With the arrival of the era of "Internet + education",the traditional classroom has been unable to meet students’ all-round learning of knowledge,and simple online learning is also single,which can not better meet the learning needs of students.With the outbreak of the epidemic,more attention has been paid to the mixed teaching mode and OMO teaching mode,which has become an urgent need for the development of the field of education.The mixed teaching of face-to-face teaching and network teaching under "Internet + Education" has well solved many problems in previous teaching,and the integration and innovation of information technology and education and teaching has become an effective way to promote curriculum construction under mixed teaching.However,most of the existing hybrid courses are the content of online teaching resources,and the traditional teaching of offline teaching process is difficult to effectively design and implement the online and offline hybrid teaching.In order to improve the effect and quality of mixed teaching,we should reform and innovate the curriculum according to the standard of "gold courses",promote the all-round development of students’ comprehensive quality,realize students’ autonomous learning and personalized learning,and promote the information construction and deepening reform of the curriculum.Through the research literature,analyzes the current situation of "gold courses" construction and information-based teaching ability at home and abroad,and interprets the relevant policy requirements to understand the concept and construction standard of "gold courses" and the standard of information-based teaching ability.Under the guidance of Bloom’s educational goal classification theory,and combined with the "gender degree" standard of "gold courses",this paper constructs a trinity mixed "gold courses" construction model of "knowledge-ability-quality".And the model is applied to the course of "information-based teaching ability in primary and secondary schools".Curriculum is researched on primary and secondary school teachers,aims to improve the level of information-based teaching in primary and secondary schools,and combines micro-ability points to analyze,design,develop,implement and evaluate the course.Finally,it shows the application effect of the model from the platform data,student achievement,questionnaire survey and other aspects,summarizes the effect,and gives suggestions on the application of the model.The course of "information-based teaching ability in primary and secondary schools" is carried out according to the mixed "gold courses" construction model.From the analysis of all aspects of data,the teaching effect of the course is remarkable,the improvement of students’ information-based teaching ability is obvious,and it plays a high promoting role in improving students’ autonomous learning ability and innovation ability,meet the needs of personalized learning,and enhance their professional identity and sense of responsibility,and students are highly satisfied with the teaching form and results.It is proved that the model has application value.However,there are still some deficiencies in the model,and there are also some problems that need to be solved later,such as the platform supporting facilities are not perfect and the teaching evaluation is not comprehensive enough in the course of "Information-based Teaching ability in Primary and Middle Schools".On the basis of analyzing the application effect and aiming at the existing shortcomings,this paper puts forward the suggestion of applying the "knowledgeability-quality" trinity "gold courses" construction model constructed in this study to carry out curriculum reform: when building a curriculum under this model,teachers should fully grasp the nature of the discipline,understand the teaching objectives of the curriculum and grasp the analysis of students’ needs,build curriculum resources that meet the teaching requirements,and effectively carry out classroom activities.Online and offline teaching can achieve the effective connection of knowledge,ability and quality,online learning should have clear teaching tasks,and the contents completed online need to be connected through offline activities;the course contents and teaching methods should be adjusted in time according to the situation of the students.to be student-centered;set up a number of teaching assistants to assist in the development of the course.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for teachers who offer mixed "gold courses" in curriculum construction and innovation reform. |
