With the rapid development of China's higher education,China's private colleges and universities are gradually playing an indispensable and important role as public colleges and universities.Private colleges and universities have become an important part of China's entire higher education system.Private colleges in our country while developing rapidly,there are still many problems restrict the long-term development of private colleges,such as many private schools positioning is not clear,the establishment of the management system is imperfect,the administrative post team and teachers of the school,the counselor team construction is not perfect,the whole purpose of individual private colleges is not pure,and so on.Among these problems,the problem of teachers in private colleges and universities is the most critical.As is known to all,teachers play the role of inheritor and disseminator of human cultural and scientific knowledge and are the core of education.Therefore,the degree of job satisfaction of teachers in private colleges and universities can also reflect the management ability of schools from one side,and at the same time,help schools to establish a sound and perfect teacher management system to a certain extent,so as to ensure the stable and healthy development of private schools for a long time.This paper selects the teachers of ZZ College in Henan Province as the investigation objects,and analyzes six representative factors that affect the teachers' job satisfaction of ZZ College by combing relevant literature and theoretical basis,designing and recycling of job satisfaction questionnaire,data analysis and cross analysis,interviewing individual teachers and other methods.Through investigation and research,this paper draws the following conclusions: the overall job satisfaction of ZZ college teachers is not high.ZZ teachers are most satisfied with interpersonal relationship,least satisfied with salary and reward,and generally satisfied with work environment,work tasks,career and school management.By analyzing the influence of individual factors on job satisfaction of teachers,this paper draws a conclusion,and then puts forward Suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of ZZ College teachers from six aspects,including leadership style,management system,salary and remuneration,career channel,working environment and interpersonal relationship.Strengthening teachers' career planning consciousness;Strengthen the cooperation between teachers;To improve the academic research conditions of the college;Improve the people-oriented management system;Establish a smooth leadership communication and feedback mechanism.
