| With the continuous deepening of education reform and the comprehensive promotion of quality education,social practice activities of primary school students are more and more concerned and valued by the society.How to carry out social practice activities more efficiently has become a topic of concern to all schools and even the education system.In recent years,the social practice activities of primary school students have made gratifying achievements,which expand students’ horizons,increase their knowledge and experience,promote the development of quality education in schools,and win high praise from students and their parents.However,there are some problems in its management and development.Based on the investigation of the social practice activities of Shijiazhuang x primary school,this paper analyzes and concludes that the social practice activities of Shijiazhuang x primary school have the following effects: orderly development of social practice activities,attention to social practice safety education,rich types of social practice activities;there are the following main problems: improper design of social practice activity scheme,unreasonable development process of activity plan,and real situation The practice environment needs to be optimized.Based on this,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from four aspects: the deep-rooted influence of traditional education concept,the lack of social understanding and understanding of practical activities,the weak quality of teachers,and the imperfect management and supervision system.At the same time,drawing on the beneficial experience of primary school students’ social practice at home and abroad,Taking Shijiazhuang x primary school as an example,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of primary school students’ social practice: to promote the smooth and efficient development of social practice activities,it needs the joint efforts of education departments,schools,teachers,parents and students;in the scheme design of social practice activities,students are the center and students are the core;and the development of society At the same time,we should introduce expert guidance,strengthen the training of teachers’ professional skills,and strengthen the supervision of education departments. |
