| The revitalization of football is the ardent expectation of the broad masses of the people and the inevitable requirement of building a sports power.After 18 years of the Communist Party of China,the importance of football has reached an unprecedented level,which has brought great opportunities to the reform and development of campus football in China.After school football training research is also gradually attached importance to.Through the development of primary and secondary school campus football,stimulate young people’s interest in sports,can enhance their physique,improve their personality,strengthen the specialization of football training after school,and cultivate football reserve talents to the country.At the same time to achieve the school’s mission of education,moral education.This fully shows the importance of football training after school in primary school.This research adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.The present situation of after-school football training in 15 primary schools in Yuechi County,Guang’an City,Sichuan Province was investigated.The contents of the investigation include: the basic situation of the development of after-school football training in primary schools in Yuechi County,Guang’an City,Sichuan Province,the situation of training conditions and facilities,the situation of coaches,the situation of parents of students,and the situation of competitions.Through the analysis of the existing problems and influencing factors in the process of football extracurricular training in Yuechi Primary School of Guang’an City,Sichuan Province,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures for the related problems.The purpose is to promote the further popularization of campus football in Yuechi County,Guang’an City,Sichuan Province.This paper draws the following conclusions through investigation and research.1、The present situation of after-school football training in Yuechi Primary School of Guang’an City,Sichuan Province is as follows(1)There are many football fields for after-school training,but they are all damaged.School venues and equipment update is relatively slow,auxiliary equipment is not perfect,easy to affect students’ after-school training.(2)After school training funds are not enough,because the school football training funds are mainly funded by the local government and the Education Bureau,the channel source is single and the support is insufficient.(3)The contradiction between learning and training still exists.Most of the parents support students to participate in after-school football training,but at the same time,they show some doubts.(4)Most of the coaches who take part in the after-school training are young and middle-aged physical education teachers.However,there are few football majors.Most of them are graduates of normal colleges.The level of sports experience is different.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the overall quality of coaches.(5)The school competition selectivity is less,the league system is not perfect.The frequency of school football match is not high,and there is a certain gap with students’ expectation.(6)Students are very interested in participating in football training after school.However,due to the lack of attention paid by parents to the after-school football training,the purpose is too strong,leading to the students’ interest is ignored.(7)The school has not formulated a strict mechanism to manage and employ coaches,and the subsidy is too low,and there is no policy to ensure the coaches’ relevant evaluation,which leads to the lack of enthusiasm.Moreover,the coaches do not pay enough attention to the training activities,and the coaches lack of theoretical basis for the selection of students.Most of the training programs are designed according to the weekly training plan.Although they have a strong sense of responsibility in work,they mainly come from their own experience and have not formulated a long-term and systematic training plan.(8)The number of students participating in the after-school football training is generally not high in each school.Most of the after-school football training is organized because the school has a competition task.In addition to characteristic schools,the development of campus football in other schools is relatively slow.(9)The main administrators of the school do not pay enough attention to the football training after class,and lack of effective guidance and supervision on the football training after class.(10)Due to the current social atmosphere,the local economic development level,the lack of professional football teachers,family factors,media publicity and so on.Therefore,these are also the actual situation that affects the development of extracurricular football training.2、In view of the current situation of after-school football training in Yuechi Primary School of Guang’an City,Sichuan Province,the development countermeasures are as follows:(1)The government and schools should increase investment,and timely replace and repair the damaged training facilities and equipment to ensure the smooth development of after-school training.(2)The government departments in charge should increase special funds,actively attract social sponsorship,increase coaches’ after-school training subsidies,and give policy support in the evaluation of post-school performance.(3)Actively communicate with parents,publicize the benefits of football,change parents’ skeptical attitude towards after-school football training,encourage students to participate in after-school football training,coaches and class teachers coordinate and jointly help students achieve the balance between learning and training.(4)The school should gradually improve the selection and employment mechanism of coaches,strengthen the long-term training of coaches,carry out experience exchange meetings,and implement the mode of helping each other with the old leading the new.(5)Improve the campus football match system,strengthen the support of other organizations for campus football.(6)Establish football activities that students are interested in and build a systematic football reserve talent delivery system.(7)Establish and improve the assessment system,improve the level of training,and improve the rate of students’ enrollment.Get support from leaders and parents.(8)The football training facilities around the school should be integrated,and the existing field resources should be used to create an atmosphere of loving football and improve the development of football activities.(9)From the perspective of all-round development of students,school administrators encourage students to participate in after-school football training,change
