Knowledge Management And Academic Organizational Change

Based on the organization theories and Knowledge Management theories, this dissertation made a thorough discussion on the reform of the universities' academic organizations in the Knowledge-based Economy society by applying such research means and narrative ways as collecting and analyzing data. The following problems are supposed to be settled: 1 .The influence of the development of society' politics, economic and culture on the d evelopment of the universities' academic organizations; 2.The influence of the Knowledge-based Economy society and Knowledge Management on the universities' academic organizations; 3.How to reform the universities' academic organizations to meet the demands of the universities' academic organizations.The answers to the questions mentioned above form the basic frame of the dissertation. It consists of six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the development of the universities' academic organizations from the historical aspect. The development of society' politics, economic and culture, the advancement of the modern technology and the increase of the knowledge are all the reasons that influence the development of the universities' academic organizations. The second chapter is on the theories of the Knowledge-based economy, the Knowledge Management and the organization reform fitting for the Knowledge Management.
