Research On Network Mental Health Education Of College Students

Based on the new era,colleges and universities should cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor,and having a healthy psychological state has become an important part of College Students’ all-round development.With the deep penetration of network into college students’ study and daily life,bad network information has a negative impact on College Students’ physical and mental health.The current network mental health education of college students has achieved great results,but how to make good use of the network to carry out college students’ network mental health education is still an important work of college mental health education.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the problems existing in the network mental health education of college students,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of college students and promote the innovative development of mental health education of college students.In this paper,through the questionnaire star platform network questionnaire survey,combined with relevant literature on College Students’ network mental health education research.The introduction mainly expounds the basis,significance,domestic and foreign research review,research methods and innovation of the thesis.On the basis of combing the related concepts,the general part summarizes the characteristics of College Students’ network mental health education,discusses the necessity of Strengthening College Students’ network mental health education and the theoretical basis of the topic.The third part,through the questionnaire survey,analyzes the problems existing in the current college students’ network mental health education,and analyzes the reasons from four aspects: lagging behind the psychological development needs of college students,lack of attention to network mental health education,lack of innovation in network mental health education,and lagging behind the concept of College Students’ mental health education.The fourth part,from the construction of College Students’ network mental health education system,the implementation of Online + offline mental health education,strengthen the integration of Ideological and political education,and optimize the environment of College Students’ network mental health education,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Based on the characteristics of College Students’ network mental health education,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in college students’ network mental health education,and puts forward that college students’ network mental health education should be integrated with ideological and political education,and Online +offline mental health education should be combined,which enriches the content of College Students’ network mental health education Play a variety of factors to solve the psychological problems of college students in the network age.
