The evaluation of the quality of educational practice in colleges and universities is an important part of educational practice activities,and it is an effective guarantee for promoting the overall development of students,improving the quality of educational practice,and improving the management of educational practice.For a long time,Chinese colleges and universities have been influenced by traditional educational evaluation concepts.The reward and punishment evaluation of students’ internship performance has always been the main evaluation method adopted by college education internship management.Although it emphasizes that the evaluation process is easy to operate,convenient to manage,and the evaluation results are relatively objective.However,this evaluation method ignores the student’s subject status in the evaluation and the dual-subject relationship between the student and the multi-evaluation subject,resulting in the drawback of only focusing on results and ignoring the process.With the emergence of the shortcomings of the reward and punishment education practice quality evaluation,how to solve the shortcomings of the traditional education practice quality evaluation has attracted the attention of researchers.Students participate in the quality evaluation of educational practice,provide methods for solving the shortcomings of traditional educational practice quality evaluation,provide reference meaning for improving the quality evaluation of educational practice for colleges and universities,and provide reference for the evaluation and management of students’ educational practice for colleges and universities.The quality evaluation of students’ participation in educational practice is based on the philosophical thought of intersubjectivity and the fourth-generation educational evaluation theory.Through the interview survey on the quality evaluation of students’ participation in education practice,it is found that the basic situation of students’ participation in the quality evaluation of teaching practice is mainly that the instructor of the practice school guides and evaluates the teaching performance of the trainees based on their own experience through listening and evaluating lectures and teaching and research activities;During the internship period,the full-time teachers of the college provide teaching guidance and scoring of the intern’s classroom records;the interns conduct self-reflection and evaluation after the classroom teaching;peers listen to each other’s lectures and give scores to each other;the county teachers hand in the interns Internship manuals,homework,and videos of the last class will evaluate interns’ teaching practice performance according to the evaluation criteria.The basic situation of students participating in the evaluation of the quality of the internship of the class teacher is mainly that the class teacher of the training school guides the interns to write the work plan of the class teacher,participates in the class meeting and extracurricular activities of the intern class teacher,and guides and evaluates the intern class teacher;Written text materials such as class teacher class meetings,after-school activities,problem students handling cases,etc.are scored.The basic situation of students’ participation in the quality evaluation of educational research is that the teachers in the county score the educational research reports submitted by interns based on the evaluation criteria and their own experience.According to the intersubjectivity philosophy and the fourth-generation education evaluation theory,the status quo of student participation in the quality evaluation of educational practice is analyzed,and it is found that there are common problems in the quality evaluation of student participation in teaching practice,the quality evaluation of the internship of the head teacher,and the quality evaluation of education research,namely,where the students are Problems in evaluation status and participating evaluation methods: students lack the opportunity to participate in evaluation,and participate in evaluation as evaluation objects in the evaluation process,and are excluded from evaluation activities.The two sides of evaluation are in a dualistic relationship between subject and object;students’ participation in evaluation methods is single,mainly It is to provide evaluators with materials needed for evaluation.Through the interview and investigation method,we understand the needs of teachers and students of colleges and universities for the status of students’ participation in internship quality evaluation and the methods of student participation in internship quality evaluation.The survey found that in the need for the status of student evaluation,teachers and students believe that students should participate in the evaluation as the subject of evaluation,give play to their dominant position,and establish a subject-subject relationship between teachers,students,and students.Students hope to participate in the evaluation.Communicate with participating teachers to improve themselves;in the need for students to participate in evaluation methods,teachers and students believe that evaluation participants should be trained,seminars,timely discussions,and evaluation summary meetings should be held after the internship is over.Combining the ideological and theoretical basis,the problems of students’ participation in the quality evaluation of educational practice,and the needs of teachers and students for the quality evaluation of students’ participation in educational practice,it is recommended that the concept of quality evaluation of educational practice should be updated when the quality evaluation of educational practice is carried out.The internship activities are integrated;training is carried out for the participants of the internship quality evaluation to improve the evaluation ability of the evaluation participants;the organization of the educational internship quality evaluation is changed,students are included in the evaluation activities,and the interactive role of the evaluation parties is emphasized.
