Research On The Evaluation Of Talent Cultivation Quality In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The "1+X Certificate"system Pilot

The implementation of the "1+X" certificate system has had a certain impact on the evaluation of the quality of talent training in universities.From the perspective of the evaluation subject,the development of training evaluation institutions has injected vitality into third-party evaluation institutions for higher vocational education.From the perspective of evaluation content,it is necessary to boost the basic theoretical knowledge of evaluation,simultaneously enhance the evaluation of professional skills and practical problem-solving ability,and pay attention to the training and development of students’ vocational ability in higher colleges.In terms of evaluation methods,adhere to the evaluation of "results,effects,and results",change the teaching evaluation that emphasizes knowledge over skills,change one-time evaluation,and emphasize process evaluation and value-added evaluation.The text is divided into five parts.Chapter 1: Introduction.This part first puts forward the research purpose,explains the research background and research goals,then clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of the research,analyzes the relevant policies,reviews the academic research literature,and finally defines the research methods and research ideas.Chapter 2: Theoretical research on the evaluation of the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the "1+X certificate" system.This part is mainly to read books and references to find the theoretical basis for evaluating the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the "1+X certificate" system,in order to analyze and construct its basic framework,that is,from the "1+X certificate" system In the three aspects of higher vocational colleges,the main body,content and methods of evaluation are evaluated,and the quality of talent training in the school is given.Chapter 3: The construction and demonstration of the evaluation and analysis standards for the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the "1+X certificate" system.Use the three categories proposed in this study to demonstrate the quality evaluation of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the "1+X certificate" system,that is,"who" is the subject of evaluation,and the content of the evaluation is "what" and "how.",And demonstrated the feasibility of the constructed analysis standards.Chapter 4: Research on the status quo and problems of talent training quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges under the "1+X certificate" system.This article adopts literature method,interview method and case analysis method.After the implementation of the "1+X certificate" system in higher vocational colleges in my country,the specific status quo of the evaluation of the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and the problems and difficulties existing in the pilot program have been established on the basis of the previous article.These three dimensions find out the shortcomings in three aspects of evaluation subject,evaluation content and evaluation method.Chapter 5: Reference and experience of talent training quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges under the German "dual system".This chapter mainly introduces the relationship between the German "dual system" and the "1+X certificate" system,and analyzes the German "dual system" ’s impact on my country’s current implementation of the "1+X certificate" system from three levels of evaluation subject,evaluation content and evaluation method."1+X certificate" system.What is the impact of the "1+X certificate" system,especially the college’s experience in evaluating the quality of talent training.Chapter 6: Put forward the countermeasures to improve the quality evaluation of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the "1+X certificate" system.Starting from the three dimensions of evaluation subject,content and method,this chapter proposes relevant suggestions and measures for the evaluation of the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the perfect "1+X certificate" system in response to the problems that occurred in the previous interviews.
