| Human resource is the first resource.The competition for human resource is the main content of competition among regions and cities and the most important factor determining the future of development.In March 2016,the State Council of the People’s Republic of China issued the document "opinions on deepening the reform of talent development system and mechanism",and then the local provincial governments issued local talent development and service policies according to the opinions.At the beginning of 2017,Wuhan launched the first shot in the national competition for talents,and then all the big cities joined the war for talents one after another,and talents were more and more valued by the government,and talent policies of each city were introduced one after another.In order to do a good job in talent service,the government’s goal is no longer limited to talents themselves,but to provide all-round services for talents.In order to build a more comprehensive talent service system,the government also attaches importance to talent financial services.In view of how to build a good talent financial service system,local governments have carried out some exploration.Talent financial service requires financial institutions to provide professional and comprehensive services to talents(especially high-level talents).With the proposal of the concept of talent financial service,the concept of talent service bank is also born.Talent service bank does not mean to set up a new commercial bank,but only the local government hopes that the local commercial bank can undertake the social responsibility and provide professional,standardized and humanized financial services for high-level talents on the basis of the original local commercial bank It’s our business.At present,the construction of talent service bank is still a relatively new field.In December 2017,Jiangxi talent service bank was founded,becoming the first specialized talent service bank in China;in 2019,Zhejiang talent service bank was also founded;in September 2020,Xi’an talent service bank was founded,and the successive establishment of these talent service banks marks new progress in the construction of talent service bank.This study will be based on the basic theory of human resources,combined with the basic theory of management,marketing and other disciplines,using literature analysis,empirical analysis,comparative analysis and other comprehensive methods.According to the emergence and development of talent financial service in China,this paper puts forward why we should build a professional talent financial service system.Talent service bank is an important part of talent financial service.According to the business and performance evaluation of talent service bank,this paper puts forward what kind of talent service bank to build,and how to build a professional,standardized and humanized high-level talent financial service bank,and makes a systematic research,aiming at exploring the talent service of Jiangxi talent service bank This paper analyzes the problems in the construction of financial services,and provides corresponding solutions and measures according to the problems.Therefore,this study helps to further enrich the research of high-level talents in financial services from different perspectives. |
