With developing of China’s market economy and the improvement of accounting laws,a larger number of professional accountants are needed by companies to deal with their daily financial work.Vocational schools have set up accounting majors to cultivate practical accounting talents to meet the needs of enterprises.In this context,vocational schools for the disabled have also set up accounting major to recruit physically disabled students without cognitive impairment.Although from the cognitive point of view,these students are no different from ordinary students,but in the process of accounting teaching,these students are different from ordinary students,with particularity.Combined with the implementation background of vocational education reform,accounting course focuses on improving students’ professional quality as well as cultivating their practical ability.The training course of basic accounting plays an important role in teaching,which can improve students’ understanding of accounting.As the direct implementer of the basic accounting training course,teachers have profound experience and real feelings on the teaching effectiveness of the practical training course for the disabled,and have a very close relationship with the research on the effectiveness of the classroom teaching for the disabled.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the effective teaching of accounting practice course for the disabled from the perspective of teachers.This study focuses on the following questions:how do accounting teachers of vocational schools for the disabled understand the effectiveness of the practical teaching of basic accounting?How to develop and implement it?By what factors?First of all,this paper reviews the literature,collects the standards of accounting teaching evaluation,designs the dimensions and aspects of the effectiveness of the training class based on the observation of the class of basic accounting in Vocational Colleges for the disabled;through the statistical analysis of the evaluation standards of Accounting Teaching and the observation and practice of the exercise class,designs the relevant questionnaires for investigation to determine the evaluation standards According to the needs of this study,we designed the relevant interview questions,interviewed the teachers of the school,and determined the standards for the effectiveness of the practical teaching of basic accounting in vocational schools for the disabled.Secondly,by observing the practice of exercises in classroom,questionnaires to the teachers and interviews with them,we can realize the current situation of the practical teaching,which helps us to analyze the important issues of the practical teaching of basic accounting in secondary vocational schools for the disabled students.Taking teachers and students as the main objects of the research,this paper finds various aspects of the teaching effectiveness of the practical course of basic accounting in vocational schools for the disabled,and obtains the current situation of the teaching effectiveness of the practical course of basic accounting in vocational schools for the disabled.Finally,in view of the problems in teaching methods,teaching contents,learning methods and learning participation in the practical course,i propose my own thoughts and related suggestions on the practical course of basic accounting in Vocational Colleges for the disabled.
