The deepening of education reform puts forward higher requirements on the teaching skills of teachers in elementary and middle schools,and the training and training of normal students are also facing huge challenges.For normal students,education and teaching skills are the foundation of their professional development and a prerequisite for teachers to become teachers.However,based on the literature review and the training of teacher students’ teaching skills in front-line practice,due to the limitations of realistic conditions and implementation methods,in the current evaluation of pre-service teacher teaching skills training,students receive less effective feedback from the environment.As a result,it is difficult for them to apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to practice,which makes it difficult to cause a change in teaching behavior and the training effect is limited.Under the influence of artificial intelligence technology,the education field has undergone earth-shaking changes.Teachers’ teaching methods and students’ learning habits and behaviors are changing,and artificial intelligence-assisted teaching will also become an effective teaching method.one.The application of artificial intelligence to the training of teaching skills for normal students has become one of the research topics in the training of teaching skills for normal students.This research closely focuses on the core issue of how to provide effective training feedback to normal students through artificial intelligence technology when training their teaching skills.It reviews the current status of teaching skills training and evaluation of normal students at home and abroad,and the status of text mining technology.On this basis,the following researches have been done:(1)Constructed the teaching behavior model of normal students.First,collect more than 80 documents through literature retrieval;secondly,according to the syllabus of information technology normal students and the interview syllabus for the qualification examination of elementary and middle school teachers(for trial implementation),the data and information obtained are scientifically standardized using grounded theoretical research methods.Local processing,using MAXQDA software to analyze and obtain 20-dimensional selective coding,combined with Gagne’s teaching theory to derive a behavior label model,and carry out the theory Saturation test;Finally,based on the behavior tags,a teacher-trained student’s teaching behavior model is constructed,and 20 behavior tags are respectively corresponding to the four teaching links.(2)Constructed a database of video teaching behavior tags and analyzed the statistical results.Collected 69 video data generated by normal students in the simulation teaching process,and obtained 8958 standardized text data through data conversion and processing;a text analysis framework was constructed on the basis of the teaching behavior model,and the text data was tagged and labeled.Degree analysis,obtained the information technology teacher student video teaching behavior label database.(3)Intelligence evaluation model of simulated teaching for normal students of information technology based on text mining technology.Using the Python language and the Tensor Flow software library as the foundation,five text mining models including the word vector model,behavior label and behavior effect classification model,overall effect prediction model and word cloud graph model for teacher simulation teaching were constructed.Jieba word segmentation,Word2 Vec word vector model and convolutional neural network technology are used to realize the simulation teaching evaluation of intelligent information technology teachers.(4)Analyze the results and give corresponding teaching suggestions.Using the five models constructed by this research institute,the simulated teaching situation of four students was analyzed,and detailed teaching suggestions were given based on the analysis result of one of the students.The main innovations of the research are:(1)Constructing an information technology teacher student behavior labeling model,and processing the simulated teaching video data of teacher students on this basis,forming a teaching behavior label database;(2)Using text mining technology to teach teacher students The text data in the simulated teaching video was analyzed,and a series of mining models were constructed to evaluate the teaching skills of normal students.Normal students can use this evaluation model to analyze their own simulated teaching data and evaluate the achievement of teaching skills.Instructors can have an overall grasp of the students based on the feedback results of this evaluation model,and make teaching guidance more efficient.
