In the “Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of High-skilled Talents in the New Era” issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council in October 2022,it is clearly pointed out that skilled talents are the backbone of promoting China’s manufacturing and China’s creation to a high level.Improve the vocational skills competition system,enhance the breadth and depth of vocational skills competition,and improve the vocational skills competition system with Chinese characteristics based on the world skills competition as the guide,the national vocational skills competition as the guide,the national industry and local vocational skills competition and special competition as the core,and the enterprise and college vocational skills competition.It aims to vigorously carry forward the spirit of model workers,labor spirit and craftsman spirit,and create an innovative talent with high quality and high skills.As an important part of vocational education,secondary vocational education plays an important role in cultivating skilled talents.The National Vocational College Skills Competition plays a vital role in the cultivation of skilled talents.It provides a platform for teachers and students in secondary vocational schools to show their skills.and helps to cultivate skilled talents.The relevant resources of the vocational skills competition are organically integrated with the professional courses of secondary vocational schools.Skills competition and professional skills training go in the same direction and complement each other to jointly help the construction of highskilled talents.Based on the above background,on the basis of constructivism learning theory,humanistic learning theory,motivation theory and learning-by-doing theory,this study uses literature research method,survey research method and action research method to study the practical teaching practice of “Fundamentals of Electronic Technology” in secondary vocational schools oriented by electronic circuit assembly and application competition according to the logical thinking of “raising questions-survey--analysisoptimization--design-teaching--practice-practice analysis ”.Firstly,according to the purpose and significance of the proposed research background analysis,this study combs and analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of “vocational skills competition”,and understands the current status of vocational skills competition.This paper summarizes the electronic circuit assembly and application events,analyzes the distribution table and scoring criteria of the events,and clarifies the guiding role of the electronic circuit assembly and application events.Secondly,on the basis of a questionnaire survey on the teaching status of the “Electronic Technology Foundation” course in secondary vocational schools,combined with teacher interviews,the problems in the teaching of the course are summarized.Again,in-depth analysis of the past five years of electronic circuit assembly and application of real questions,from the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation of the four optimization paths combined with the event resources on the “Fundamentals of Electronic Technology” training teaching optimization strategy analysis,and two typical cases to optimize the design show.Finally,the optimized teaching cases are selected for two rounds of action research,and the practical effects are analyzed.The experimental results show that the practical teaching research of “Fundamentals of Electronic Technology” oriented by electronic circuit assembly and application competition has achieved the following results:(1)Learn from the content of the competition task,stimulate students’ interest in learning;(2)Optimize teaching methods to improve students’ learning satisfaction;(3)Enrich the dimension of teaching evaluation and improve students’ professional quality;(4)Improve the integration of teaching,strengthen the comprehensive ability of students.To sum up,the practical teaching of “Fundamentals of Electronic Technology” in secondary vocational schools guided by electronic circuit assembly and application competition has strong practical significance,which shows that integrating the resources of vocational skills competition into the practical teaching of professional courses in secondary vocational schools can maximize the guiding role of skills competition in the process of cultivating high-quality and high-skilled innovative talents in secondary vocational schools,and realize the cooperative education of competition and curriculum.
