In recent years,preschool education has gradually become the focus of wide attention from all walks of life.Preschool teachers are one of the important factors affecting children's development and ability formation,so they are given higher expectations by the public.At the same time,the ministry of education issued and implemented a series of documents also put forward new challenges and requirements for preschool teachers.Preschool teachers' group is given priority to with women in our country,in the traditional values,women need to spend more time and energy to assume the responsibility of raising children to take care of the family,but in the face of all walks of life to the cause of early childhood education,teachers working in the field of business has been growing,thus appears unavoidably conflict between work and family.However,whether the work affects the family or the family affects the work,it will bring additional cognitive burden and inner troubles to the preschool teachers,which is easy to produce psychological imbalance and bring greater professional pressure,thus affecting the work involvement.This study takes 335 preschool teachers as the research object.The main purpose of this study is to understand the current reality of preschool teachers' working family conflict,psychological empowerment,work engagement.And on this basis to explore the relationship between the three.And then put forward the corresponding Suggestions.This study mainly adopts questionnaire method,through the research shows:1.Preschool teachers' Work Family Conflict tends to be in the middle degree,and work-family interference is higher than family-work interference.Professional significant difference in the WFC,marital status significant difference in the FIW,monthly income significant difference in the WIF.2.The Psychological Empowerment of preschool teachers is in the middle and upper level,and the work significance dimension scores the highest.Age,marital status,without children significant different in the Psychological Empowerment.3.Preschool teachers' Work Engagement is in the upper middle level,and the work responsibility dimension scores the highest.Age,marital status,without children,professional,Seniority significant different in the Work Engagement.4.The relationship between Work Family Conflict and Work Engagement of preschool teachers is significant negative.Work Family Conflict can negatively affect Work Engagement.Among them,in WIF,psychological resources have the most negative impact on work pleasure and work value,emotional emotions have the most negative impact on work pleasure.In FIW,psychological resources have the most significant negative influence on work pleasure,work value,work responsibility and work concentration.5.There was a significant positive correlation between Psychological Empowerment and Work Engagement of preschool teachers.Psychological Empowerment can positively affect Work Engagement.Among them,the three dimensions of work meaning,self-efficacy and influence have significant effects on work involvement.6.There is a significant negative correlation between Work Family Conflict and Psychological Empowerment.Work Family Conflict can negatively affect Psychological Empowerment.Among them,the psychological resources of FIW have the most negative influence on the three dimensions of work meaning,self-efficacy and autonomy.7.Psychological Empowerment plays a part in mediating between Work Family Conflict and Work Engagement.According to the above research results,this study puts forward suggestions from four aspects.First,the society should strengthen the support and security of preschool teachers.Secondly,kindergarten managers should constantly improve the management system,establish a good working environment.Thirdly,the families of preschool teachers should give them more support and help.Finally,preschool teachers themselves should be reasonable cognition,rational response.
