A Study On The Countermeasures Of The Construction Of The Teaching Staff In YK Municipal Vocational Schools

Under the background of the new era,the development of vocational education needs teachers as a favorable support.Teachers are the most important resource in the construction of teacher talent team,which plays a fundamental and decisive role in the revitalization and development of vocational education.The purpose of the construction of vocational school teachers is to cultivate vocational education practitioners with high professional quality,high teacher ethics and constantly adapt to the needs of social development.The construction level of vocational school teachers directly determines the future development of vocational schools and the quality of training students.It is an arduous task for the government authorities to build a contingent of vocational school teachers with high professional level and excellent skills and give full play to their advantages.From the perspective of the current undertakers of Vocational Education in China,the relevant education departments affiliated to the government are still the undertakers of vocational education.It is of great significance for the development of Vocational Education in China to explore and study the construction of such vocational education teachers.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the construction of teachers in municipal vocational schools,From the analysis results,it is found that the construction of teachers’ talent team in municipal vocational schools is not perfect,and there are still some problems,such as unreasonable structure of teachers’ talent,insufficient total quantity,low quality,difficult training to meet the demand,insufficient financial support,and teachers’ incomplete understanding of policy content.In order to strengthen the construction of teachers’ talent team in municipal vocational schools,and better build the teachers’ talent team in municipal vocational schools,according to the above problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the construction of teachers’ talent team in municipal vocational schools from the perspective of government departments: 1.Actively introduce excellent teachers to improve the total number of teachers;2.Improve the ability of teachers Third,improve the government’s service and management ability,strengthen the professional ability construction of leading group members,and improve the ability of supervision mechanism and big data analysis;fourth,improve the talent evaluation and incentive system,and comprehensively provide various system guarantees;fifth,strengthen the publicity and increase the investment of relevant funds,through publicity and special funds,We should strengthen the construction of qualified teachers in municipal vocational schools.
