When Immortals Encounter Epidemic:A Study On The Rescue Of Youth In Distress From The Perspective Of Ecosystem Theory

"Immortals" is around the S talent market a group of "do a day off three days ",only do the day knot," money did not run out of work" image metaphor.At the beginning of the outbreak,in order to prevent the spread of the epidemic caused by the movement of Japanese workers wandering on the street,the group was concentrated in settlements.Through the study of this social work service project,using ecosystem theory,focusing on the interaction between individual and environment,this paper analyzes the deep influence of individual micro-system,meso-system and macro-system.It is found that the causes of the plight of immortals mainly include personal early experience,family relationship,community environment,work type,group culture and so on.Due to the difficulties of family economic conditions and insufficient educational resources,most of the immortals graduated from primary school or junior high school.The bad family relationship and family structure,the difference between life concept and cultural concept cause the relationship between fairy and family is not close or even there is a great conflict.After they are far away from family support,they come to the S talent market through network understanding,acquaintance introduction,intermediary recruitment and so on.Influenced by the culture of "mourning" in the S talent market,they gradually lose their fighting spirit and treat people or things with indifferent attitude.And the labor market demand for day workers,low cost of living and strong homogeneity of the peer group will encourage them to muddle along.The outbreak of the epidemic has broken the strange balance of life of the immortals,and the end of the day,the unwillingness to go home,the lack of identity cards and mobile phones,the lack of savings,the lack of social support systems and so on have made their lives difficult.This paper analyzes the process and effect of social work intervention by ecosystem theory,and finds that professional services can be treated and analyzed from the whole ecosystem and put problems at different levels of the system.Social workers can improve their bad cognition and self-development ability as guides,resource linkers and advocates at the individual level;improve their relationship with their families and their understanding of work at the resource level;and promote their inner potential through dialogue with immortals about "mourning" culture at the cultural level.The intervention of "trinity" social work service has good effect on individual,government,social worker and theory.A majority of young people in distress have made positive changes,rethinking whether to continue to stay in the S talent market,and more than 53 people have taken the initiative to leave settlements or return home or employment.The government’s rescue work has carried out the concept of "care and service",which has been recognized by all walks of life.The effectiveness of social work assistance has been verified by practice,and it has enriched the practical experience of social workers.At the same time,it is also a practical proof of ecosystem theory.The practice of social work participation is also a strong proof of the effectiveness of the theory.However,we also see the lack of social work intervention,which mainly shows that social workers are unable to mobilize a variety of resources in the social assistance system.At the same time,the purchase of social work service items comes from the government.In the service objectives,service techniques and other aspects will be greatly affected.
