Human resources are the first resource.No matter from the perspective of the whole country,the province,the city or Renshou County,there are few high-level talents.Innovative talents,Industry leaders,high-skilled talents,and other urgently needed talents are difficult to introduce,which has become a bottleneck restricting the construction of the talent team.Solving the problem of how to introduce talents and make good use of them can provide Intellectual Support for Renshou’s construction of the National Top 100 Economic County and the promotion of high-quality development.First of all,this research topic introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of talents and talent introduction.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the talent team in Renshou County,and introduces the main methods of talent introduction in Renshou County.For example,the local government has adopted measures such as strengthening the leadership of talent introduction,improving an open and effective talent policy system,providing a highly effective talent project system,and using “special policies” to precisely gather talents and so on.Thirdly,the thesis conducts a SWOT analysis of talent introduction in Renshou County,and then analyzes the dilemma and causes of talent introduction in Renshou County.For instance,there are also weak concepts of talent introduction,little attraction of talent introduction,insufficient carrying capacity of talent introduction,poor implementation of talent introduction policy,and not perfect service network for talent introduction and so on.Finally,combined with the empirical research on talent introduction at home and abroad,the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the talent introduction work in Renshou County were put forward,mainly in four major aspects,which are relying on the "three major platforms" to vigorously gather talents with "high-end skills" and to advance the "six major plans" and continue to strengthen Cultivate local talents,implement the "three major projects",establish and improve the talent use mechanism,optimize the "three major systems",and ingeniously create a talent work ecology,providing more practicality for talent recruitment in Renshou County Initiatives. |
