China is in the high-speed development period of the "13th five-year plan".In order to ensure the stable development of the economy and society,the "13th five-year plan" puts forward the development strategy of building a powerful country with talents and human resources,taking talents as the core elements of national economic construction and development.Skilled workers are the main force of social development.All technical colleges and universities in China have launched the teaching reform of integrated courses aiming at improving the quality of skilled workers.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to build a high-quality integrated teaching team.This paper takes nanyang Y technical school as an example,through the literature research method to consult the school personnel files,technical school related policies,literature research at home and abroad,etc.,to understand the current technical school integrated teacher team construction of the basic situation;Through the methods of interview and questionnaire survey,teachers and staff of relevant departments in the school are taken as the objects to understand the main measures of integrated teacher team construction in teacher management,teacher training and other aspects,and collect reasonable Suggestions.According to the investigation,there are some obvious problems in the construction of integrated teacher team,such as the insufficient number of teachers,the unreasonable structure of the teacher team,the imperfect "integration" ability and the poor stability of the teacher team.The reasons mainly lie in the difficulties in talent introduction,unreasonable management system,imperfect training mechanism and the lack of professional quality of teachers.According to the analysis of existing problems and causes,combined with the research results and experience at home and abroad,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects: first,to change the talent introduction strategy,expand the talent introduction channels,innovate the talent introduction mode,actively employ enterprise talents,and recruit outstandinggraduates;Secondly,the management measures of the integrated teachers should be strengthened from the standardization of the identification of integrated teachers,the implementation of the treatment and incentive mechanism,and the improvement of the evaluation mechanism.Thirdly,we should strive for policy support,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen school-based training and establish a sound teacher training mechanism.Finally,consolidate the professional belief of teachers and deepen ideological construction.This study hopes to provide reference for the construction of integrated teachers in technical schools,so as to promote the rationalization and standardized training of integrated teachers.
