With the continuous development of China’s economic and social industrialization and urbanization,people’s income level has been significantly improved.China’s new generation of migrant workers has gradually developed and become the main body of China’s industrial workers.The problem of this group has also attracted the attention of the state and all sectors of society.Employment is the basis for the new generation of migrant workers to settle down.Improving the quality and level of public service for the new generation of migrant workers has become the key to the employment of the new generation of migrant workers and promoting their citizenization process.The employment public service of the new generation of migrant workers involves many government departments,such as human society,education,finance,etc.,as well as many subjects such as nongovernmental and non-profit organizations.Due to the lack of overall planning and effective communication among government departments and relevant subjects,there are many problems in the supply of public employment services for the new generation of migrant workers.This paper studies the problems existing in the employment public service of the new generation of migrant workers,such as the lack of overall coordination of the main body of employment public service,the lack of cross level operation coordination,the lack of functional integrity cooperation,the lack of information integration and the imperfect system security,and analyzes and summarizes the main reasons for the problems in the employment public service of the new generation of migrant workers in China are urban and rural areas The reasons of the dual household registration system,the absence of government functions,the shortage of the total supply of public employment services and information dispersion.Therefore,this study takes holistic governance as the theoretical tool,through the analysis of the causes of the employment public service problems of the new generation of migrant workers,based on the theory,puts forward the realization of the diversification of the main body of the employment public service of the new generation of migrant workers,the construction of the network employment public service structure,the promotion of the integration of the employment public service function,the construction of the overall employment public service system guarantee mechanism and relying information Technology to achieve employment information integration and sharing of the overall governance measures.
