Teachers are the most important part of the education plan,and excellent teachers are the foundation and guarantee of educational development.The teachers of the secondary vocational school are working hard in silence,with a heart of learning and progress,in addition to the tedious work,through various forms to improve their professional quality and promote their professional development,so in the context of education informatization,online Learning has become a new form of self-improvement.Based on the MOOC online learning platform of Chinese universities,this study selects excellent independent vocational teachers for online self-learning cases for research.The purpose is to explore the online learning process of vocational teachers,summarize their growth experience,and provide inspiration for other vocational teachers to learn online.Based on the review of the literature,this study introduces the domestic and foreign research progress on teacher online autonomous learning and reviews it,thus clarifying the definitions of teacher autonomous learning,teacher online learning,and teacher online autonomous learning.This article takes the excellent student H in the national excellent course "Classroom Management " as the research object,explores the online learning process of the research object,first introduces the educational background and work experience of the research object,and prepares from their online learning.Period,online learning progress period,and online learning maturity period are combed in three stages;followed by a comprehensive analysis of the study object ’s learning motivation,knowledge construction,and professional development;finally,a summary of the factors that affect its online learning,external factors include National policies,hardware guarantees,work needs,family support,and demonstration of important others.Internal factors include individual learning beliefs,lifelong learning awareness,and practical experience.Therefore,it is concluded that internal factors stimulate the individual’s self-efficacy,which has a greater impact on the individual’s learning effect,and external factors provide the individual with learning protection.Therefore,from the two levels of secondary vocational teachers and secondary vocational schools,suggestions are made for online autonomous learning of secondary vocational teachers: at the individual teacher level,self-development beliefs should be cultivated,adhere to online learning,strengthen peer collaboration,develop appropriate learning plans,and improve learning Efficiency;At the vocational school level,emphasis should be placed on optimizing teachers’ online learning environment and ensuring online learning hardware facilities. |
