Research On Optimization Of Scientific Research Resource Management Of D College

After about 20 years’ development,the private college,which has been one essential part of the higher education in our country,has already been accepted by society on both aspects like teaching model and level.In recent years,scientific research as well as teaching is parallelly developed though the focus on school management strength and research work is increasingly promoted.Even though the process of research work plays a paramount role in the revolution of college,there is no doubt that the private college has a huge discrepancy on the acquirement of science resource compared with the public one due to its own teaching modeling character and constraint.As a result,improving the efficiency of current scientific resource seems to be a crucial factor which affects the procedure of school’s progress.In this paper,we take college D as the target.Constructing an assessment system based on questionnaire & interview aimed at the scientific resource management.The result of the survey shows factors like lack of research intention,the obscure responsibility in researching group,the scarcity of cooperation on both multi-discipline and researching group etc.have side effect on D.To solve the problem,D needs to optimize its scientific research institution as well as expand the cooperation with other corporations.Only these measures can help D rebuild the distribution of the resources and efficiently utilize them.Finally achieve the goal of improving D’s current researching work.
