Practical training course can improve students’ practical ability and skills,and it is also the key to accelerate the development of secondary vocational schools.At present,the proposal of "integration of theory and practice" also reflects the school’s emphasis on practical training.Therefore,it is very important to have a good practical training course and improve the skill level of secondary vocational students.Classroom management plays an indispensable role in practice teaching,which is not only the basic condition for all teaching activities to survive,but also an important condition to ensure the smooth progress of practice teaching activities.Catering service and management is not only the core course and the most important professional course of secondary vocational tourism major,but also a course selected by students’ skills competition,corresponding higher vocational examination and industry competition.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors of classroom management of the training course of catering service and management can reflect the widespread existence of training courses in secondary vocational schools to a certain extent In order to improve the quality of classroom management of practical training course.In order to better understand the current situation of "catering management training" and improve the effect of "catering management training",it is necessary to study the influencing factors of "catering management training" So as to achieve the teaching goal efficiently.Therefore,through the theoretical construction of the scholars’ research on the meaning and influencing factors of classroom management,this paper summarizes six influencing factors:Teachers’ classroom management ability,students’ quality,teacher-student relationship,social environment,student student relationship,network media,etc.,which will have an impact on the classroom management of catering service and management.Through the research,it is found that the current situation of classroom management of the practical training course of catering service and management in secondary vocational schools is mainly as follows: poor classroom management ability of teachers,low overall level of students,more harmonious relationship between teachers and students,large room for improvement of learning atmosphere,low degree of care and cooperation of parents,beneficial student communication can promote the improvement of practical skills and the application of network in practical training teaching Less.Through the weight analysis of the influencing factors,it can be concluded that the classroom management ability of teachers and the quality of students are the most critical influencing factors.Therefore,from the perspective of teachers,this paper focuses on how to improve the classroom management ability of teachers and the quality of students,so as to improve the classroom management effect of catering service and management training course It is an important course in the training class of vocational colleges,and finds out the key factors that affect the classroom management of this course,so as to help the secondary vocational school improve the quality and effect of the classroom management of the training class in the teaching of catering service and management.
