Problems And Optimization Of The Allocation Of Compulsory Education Resources In D City

Compulsory education,as a basic public service,is highly valued by the Party and the government.Promoting the balanced development of compulsory education so that every child of school age can receive a good education is an inherent requirement for educational equality.At present,compulsory education has moved closer from basic balance to quality balance.Meeting the people’s expectations for quality education resources and building a high-quality compulsory education service system is the proposition of the times for education reform and development.The city of D in Jiangsu Province became the first county in the province to pass the national recognition of basic balanced development in 2003.In recent years,the city has accelerated the pace of education reform,improved school conditions,increased financial investment and moved towards the goal of quality and balance.Taking D City as the entry point,this thesis studies the current allocation of compulsory education resources in D City,conducts statistics and analysis on relevant indicators related to the allocation of compulsory education resources,combs the status quo,existing problems and causes of the allocation of compulsory education resources in D City,and then puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures.Through the analysis found that the D city education resource allocation is the widening gap between urban and rural education infrastructure,the problem of large-scale running of urban schools is prominent,teacher resource allocation imbalance,school funds investment limited,the education resource allocation problems are analyzed,found that the supply of financial resources is not reasonable,there exist deviations in education system design,system implementation shortcomings,teachers configuration and security level is not in place,such as reason affect the balance of the allocation of resources,optimize allocation of compulsory education of high quality resources of path and strategy further Suggestions: Through increasing financial investment,constructing and optimizing the system of compulsory education resource allocation,strengthening the construction of high-quality professional teachers,deepening the reform of compulsory education and other measures to improve the quality and efficiency of resource allocation,this thesis provides feasible suggestions for optimizing the allocation of compulsory education resources.
