Research On Informatization Construction Of Scientific Research Management System Of D University

Since the eighteen Party’s Congress,the Central Committee of the CPC,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has systematically deployed and comprehensively promoted the work of network security and informatization.It proposed that we should build our country into a powerful network country,speed up the construction of Digital China,foster new kinetic energy with information,and promote new development with new kinetic energy.One of the important measures in the innovative management mode of scientific research management in Colleges and universities is to introduce the scientific research management information system into the traditional scientific research management system,and improve the management level by means of information technology,as an important means to implement the national requirements and solve the internal development needs of colleges and universities.Therefore,the research on the informatization construction of the scientific research management system of d university not only enriches the theory of the administrative office management of the University,but also has important theoretical and practical significance to accelerate the goal of promoting the construction of the office information in Colleges and universities,and also has certain reference value for the functional reform of the scientific research management system in other universities in the country.Based on the project management theory and information resource management theory,this paper starts with the actual research of the scientific research management system of D University,deeply discusses the current situation of the informatization construction of the scientific research management system,and analyzes the problems and reasons of the informatization construction of the scientific research management system of D University from the four aspects of scientific research project management,scientific research achievements management,scientific research funds management and other management Project management function is simple,lack of third-party database,poor data exchange with other departments and lack of mobile terminal and collaborative work platform.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: the differentiated and refined management of scientific research projects;the accurate claim and big data statistics of scientific research achievements;the budget management and real-time synchronization of scientific research funds;and the improvement of scientific research management information construction with the goal of "open sharing".This research focuses on solving the "pain points" in the use of the scientific research management system by the scientific research management department and front-line researchers of D University,transferring the informatization construction of the scientific research management system from "construction" to "perfection",improving the quality and efficiency of scientific research management,and making the scientific research management system better serve the scientific research work of universities.
