In 2016,"Chinese Textbook for Compulsory Education compiled by the Ministry of Education" was released.The innovative arrangement of the exercise system ushered in the dawn of the reform of the exercise,and also brought some challenges to the Chinese teachers in primary schools.As an important part of textbooks,the arrangement of exercise system directly affects the teaching effect of primary school Chinese exercise.On the basis of combing and analyzing the "departmental compiled" Chinese textbook exercise system for primary school students,this study went deep into N Primary School in Urumqi City to reflect the actual situation of four Chinese teachers in the school using the exercise system to teach,analyze the reasons and make reflection,so as to improve the teachers’ ability to use the system and improve the teaching of the exercise.This study is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research origin,research purpose and significance,literature review,core concept definition and research design.The second part from the theoretical basis,content analysis,layout characteristics of the three aspects of the "Department compiled" primary school Chinese textbook exercise system static combing.The third part makes a dynamic analysis of teachers’ use of the system of primary school Chinese textbook exercise from the perspective of cognition and understanding to explicit behavior.The fourth part is the analysis of the factors affecting teachers’ use of the exercise system,which is divided into internal factors and external factors.The fifth part is the reflection and the way out,from the two aspects of teachers and schools.The study found that the "Ministry compiled this" primary school Chinese textbook increased the proportion of written expression,through combing,exercise system covers three parts: with the text practice,aimed at reading and writing,broken into parts;Unit exercises,aimed at concentrated training,consolidation and promotion;The exercise unit,as a new highlight,aims to focus on expression,innovation and breakthrough.This edition of textbook practice system accords with the characteristics of Chinese subject,its horizontal arrangement highlights the integrity and comprehensiveness of ability cultivation,and the vertical arrangement highlights the continuity and development of training objectives.The real situation is that the teacher first met this textbook "mixed feelings",although can realize its scientific nature,but there are bottlenecks in the actual operation,mainly reflected in: with the writing practice-ignore this and lose that,become a mere formality;Unit exercises-scripted,fragmented;Exercise Unit-Confined by experience,conformist.The paper explores the factors that affect teachers’ use of the writing system and finds that the behavior of teachers’ use of the writing system is influenced by internal factors: teachers’ teaching philosophy,knowledge structure and teaching material processing ability,and external factors: school management system,school teaching and research atmosphere and students’ basic knowledge.Finally,from the teacher and school two aspects of reflection,in order to bring some enlightenment for Chinese educators and school administrators.
