Performance Evaluation Of Special Funds For "Autonomous Region Key Disciplines" Of Xinjiang Agricultural University

With the vigorous development of higher education,the country has vigorously increased its investment in education and increased investment in various special funds,involving various fields such as scientific research and discipline construction.To make breakthroughs in these fields,we must start from these special projects.From the perspective of the performance of funds,how to manage and efficiently use special funds in universities has become an urgent issue.Disciplinary construction is an important part of higher education construction.The success or failure of disciplinary construction determines the level of running a university.The efficient use of discipline construction funds is the key to improving the level of running a university.This article first reviews the relevant concepts and research contents of financial special funds,and summarizes the theoretical and conceptual basis related to financial special funds and performance evaluation of financial special funds on the basis of reading a lot of literature and materials.By combining the performance objectives and tasks of the key disciplines in the autonomous region,the performance evaluation system for key disciplines’special funds is set as two first-level indicators of input and output,and three second-level indicators of team building,capital efficiency,and platform construction are set for input.Talent training,scientific research and social services,academic exchanges and subject rankings have 4 secondary indicators,30 secondary indicators have been established under 7 secondary indicators,and expert analysis data has been used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels using the analytic hierarchy process.Performance evaluation system for special subject key funds.Based on theoretical research,taking Xinjiang’s agricultural university autonomous region key disciplines as an example,using historical contrasts,using a well-established key discipline construction special fund performance evaluation system for performance evaluation analysis.It is concluded that the overall benefits of the disciplines of water conservancy engineering and agricultural and forestry economic management are good,and the overall benefits of crop science are poor.Based on the analysis results,it is proposed to strengthen the key disciplines in strengthening the discipline platform construction,discipline team construction,scientific research and social services,and talent training Strategies and recommendations for the use of special funds.
