Classroom questioning is an important teaching method,which plays an important role in teaching activities and directly affects the teaching effect.It is a teaching skill that contemporary teachers must master.Secretary Practice in secondary vocational school is a course integrating theory and practice.The teaching goal is to cultivate students’ thinking ability and practical ability.In the teaching of Secretary Practice in secondary vocational school,classroom questioning is an indispensable teaching means.Teachers’ classroom questioning guides students to learn knowledge content and helps students find the connection between existing knowledge and new knowledge,Realize the teaching goal of the common development of theory and practice,and improve the teaching effect of Secretary Practice in secondary vocational schools.This study focuses on the teaching of Secretary Practice from the perspective of teachers.Classroom questioning in this study is a means of Secretary Practice Teaching in secondary vocational schools.Teachers can guide students to participate in teaching activities and promote students’ thinking about problems through classroom questioning.The purpose of this study is to improve the scientificity of teachers’ questioning,optimize the classroom questioning of Secondary Vocational "Secretary Practice" teachers,enhance the effectiveness of classroom questioning,strengthen the auxiliary guidance of questioning,improve the shortcomings of the current teaching situation of secretary specialty in secondary vocational schools,and enhance the teaching effect of Secretary Practice in secondary vocational schools.Through observation and interview,enter the classroom to observe the secondary vocational "Secretary Practice" classroom,record the teachers’ classroom questioning behavior,and understand the current situation of Secondary Vocational "Secretary Practice" classroom questioning.Before observation,interview the teaching of Secretary Practice in secondary vocational schools to understand the recognition of the importance and role of secretary practice teachers for classroom questioning.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the classroom questioning of Secretary Practice in secondary vocational schools,such as the lack of systematic presupposition of classroom questioning,the lack of guidance of classroom questioning methods,the lack of hierarchy of classroom content,and the weak criticism of teachers’ response.Based on the optimization principles of classroom questioning of Secretary Practice in secondary vocational schools:adhering to the systematic principle,guiding principle and comprehensive principle,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies for optimizing classroom questioning of Secretary Practice in secondary vocational schools:first,emphasizing the integrity of curriculum content and enhancing the systematicness of problem design;Second,pay attention to the difference of students’ learning situation and improve the guidance of questioning methods;Third,pay attention to students’ answers and pay attention to rational and critical answers.
