| The rural revitalization strategy proposes that talent cultivation depends on education,and the development of rural education is a very important pillar of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.It is the responsibility and responsibility of education departments and educators to perfect the docking of education and the rural revitalization strategy and make education a national weapon.The group of "special post teachers" is an important supplementary force in the rural teachers.The stability of this group determines whether the rural education can have a solid foundation.However,in the actual grass-roots research,it is found that the outflow of rural teachers in the new era,especially the young generation of "special post teachers" is serious,which is very unfavorable to the development of rural education and even hinders the development process of rural revitalization strategy.In this paper,the special post teachers in X town,L County,Jilin Province were investigated and interviewed by means of literature research,observation and unstructured interview.It is found that there are some problems in the loss of special post teachers in X Town,L County,for example,the administrative department of education does not interpret the policy properly,and the system is unreasonable in the process of allocation.The school infrastructure is poor,the work atmosphere is negative and there is a lack of humanistic care.Analysis of the root causes of the loss of special post teachers is aggravated by the lack of fair examination policies and professional skills training,excessive emphasis on relationship rather than strength in distribution,low salary and poor environment and other practical reasons.In view of the above analysis,feasible countermeasures are put forward,hoping to stabilize the stability of special post teachers by improving the salary of special post teachers,using fair examination policies,improving the professional identity and social status of special post teachers and so on,so as to promote the development of rural education. |
