The rural compulsory education has been quite popularized.According to the national teaching requirements,English curriculum has been incorporated into one of the essential courses in primary schools,but at the same time it brings a new problem-the lack of primary English teachers.In order to open the essential courses,there is the phenomenon of Go-teaching of English in primary schools.This article researches from the requirement of rural English teachers in primary schools,the demands of the balanced development of education and rural English educational research.It combines the research at home and abroad with the existing literature.It proposes the theoretical and practical significance of the research.In the rural areas,the shortage of English teachers in rural primary schools and the demand of pupils who want to learn English make educational services work out a strategy –Go –teaching of English.X school of Z Xiang in Anhui province uses creatively Go –teaching of English in primary schools to integrate the resource of English teachers and promote regional educational equity.To a certain extent it guarantees the fairness of students’ right.At the same time,teachers who join the Go-teaching of English have been developed.Through literature method,interview method,case study method of English teachers in primary schools and research of X school,this paper analyzes Go-teaching of English in the rural primary schools.In order to satisfy the urgent needs of Go-teaching,this school uses this special strategy.From the research of Go-teaching of English,this article states the achievement and significance of this strategy to the local primary English education.It balances English education in this area.But it also has some negative influence on teachers.This article try to analyzes the advantages and disadvantages through interviews,and puts forward some practical suggestions to improve the teaching quality.
