In 2015,the State Council issued "Made in China 2025",proposing that the manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,the foundation of the country,the device of the country,and the foundation of the country.As the development of society increasingly relies on manufacturing,the demand for high-quality skilled and application-oriented talents in various industries has skyrocketed.The cultivation of skilled personnel with good professional skills and comprehensive quality has become an important human resource foundation for the high-quality development of manufacturing industries.Promoting the optimization and development of career planning courses for secondary vocational schools in China,the main body of vocational education in China,and improving the quality of career development education,are of great significance for stimulating students' enthusiasm for learning,clear learning goals,improving the level of ideological awareness of secondary vocational students,and helping the development of secondary vocational education Realistic significance and strategic significance.This research comprehensively uses three research methods: literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.From the perspective of curriculum implementation,it takes curric ulum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,curriculum teachers,and curriculum security as the dimensions.On the basis of the status quo,using the tutor's guidance and self-developed career planning curriculum for secondary vocational schools to set up a current situation questionnaire,a questionnaire survey was conducted on five different types of secondary vocational schools in Dalian,and administrative staff and class duties in secondary vocational schools Teachers conducted interviews and made a comprehensive analysis of the existing research results at home and abroad.They sought to understand the current status of career planning courses in secondary vocational schools and put forward some suggestions for optimization and improvement.The research content is divided into five parts.The first part describes the background and origin of the research,the significance of the research,through the reading of the existing relevant literature,to understand the current status of the research,and to get involved in the concept,clear research ideas and methods.The second part carried out a questionnaire survey from the dimensions of the course's objectives,content,implementation,evaluation,teachers,security,etc.,and transformed the in-depth interviews between the administrative staff and class teachers of relevant institutions,and analyzed the survey results.The third part of the internal dimensions of each dimension summarizes and analyzes the problems and breakthroughs reflected in the survey results from the above dimensions.Through analysis,it is found that the career planning curriculum of secondary vocational schools has established course goals,selected course content,and implemented the courses.There are corresponding problems and contradictions in aspects such as methods,use of course evaluation,and replacement of course teachers.In the fourth part,according to the status and focus of the vocational planning curriculum in secondary vocational schools,a feasibility improvement and optimization strategy is proposed: adjusting the curriculum objectives and highlighting ability training;rich curriculum content,breaking through structural constraints;optimizing teaching methods,focusing on multiple focus;perfecting The evaluation mechanism expands the effectiveness of evaluation;strengthens the combination of specialists and teachers to expand the source of teachers;strengthens the guarantee of courses and promotes comprehensive support.The research evidence and deficiencies of the thesis rationally analyze the problems and deficiencies in this investigation and research,which is beyond the foundation of previous research.
